Woman fat burners

I am 18 years old and want to find out if I can use deuromine and clen together. The person who sold me it said to take Deuromine to the one day, then clen the next, to alternate them. Is that okay or should I do two weeks on the one pill and then two weeks on the other?

Give us more to work with. Your height and weight and how long have you been training. What type of traing do you do? What does your diet look like? You won't lose fat or weight if you are not in a Calorie deficit even if you use any fat burner....

I personally think that those to compounds should not be used by an 18 year old girl... Or guy...

I am 1.58 M and weigh 58 km.. I got sick a while back so I am starting to workout again, and have been jogging this entire week.

58kg for your height and age is pretty much were you should be...

He gave you really shitty advice with how to cycle the compounds. You can do it like that, but its not the best option.

Hmm, maybe your chosen username was not a smart move...

WRT your drugs: use the clen solidly for 2 weeks then get off for 2 weeks. Duromine doesn't burn fat it suppresses appetite.

If you don't know how to dose clen, do the research before you take the drug. The website articles are a good place to start, and also recommend reading up on the thread "Everything you need to know about Clenbuterol"
