Shadow Pro on Tnation

Hey guys

Do any of you follow the tnation forums, specifically Shadow Pro's stuff

Yeah I read their stuff often. They have some really solid articles on bodybuilding.

Yeah if seen some of his articles. Apparently his a pro who offered to write articles on the dark side of being a pro.

I saw the one article where he said he spent 20000 dollar's on one competitive cycle.(if I remember correctly)

I liked their page on Facebook. They post 2-4 articles/stories a day. Some really interesting read, other a lot of bullshit... But alway nice knowing how others approach stuff.
