There seems to be quite a bit of hype around injectable carnatine on the american boards after John meadows put up an article on his pay site. Has anyone got any experience with it?
There is obviously the increased uptake of fatty acids by the mitochondria but the biggest things i am wondering about is the increase of androgen receptors as well as the delaying of lactic acid that increases endurance.
Increase of androgen receptors would mean everything else you are taking stronger.
