Not wort suppressing you HPTA for 3weeks to gain/improve your physique slightly. Just because cycle and PCT are done does not mean your body has recovered hormonal balance bro. PCT only helps you get there faster after PCt is done... Go think about that for a while. Sounds like you jumped into this cycle prematurely...

I am now so confused and stressed out as I said I am a planner. and I think I was miss guided by a friend. he recons finish Nolvadex first 1 tab every day and then take clomid 1 tab everyday. which made sense till I started just reading more on how guys are taking PCT its very confusing
