Cycl advice

Hi all,

Some advice for a cycle in the making,

Haven't cycled anything for 6 years...

Objective - lean muscle gain through dieting and training insanely with the assistance of gear at low doses:

Week 1 - 12 Testoviron @ 250 mg per week
Week 1 - 14 Proviron @ 40 mg per day
Week 1 - 5 Dbol 20mg per day / Tbol 40mg per day
Week 9 - 14 Dbol 20mg per day / Tbol 40mg per day

PCT
Week 15 - 16 Nolvadex

Some advice specifically on the Tbol or Dbol - which one, and at what dose?

I have read any other posts or have been here for some time. You know what is coming... Stats first please...

If you did cycle in the past you probably didn't keep much gains and your mistake was starting PCT too soon after your last testosterone injection waiting time for Testosterone Enanthate to clear is 5 weeks bud to be safe and your PCT being Nolvadex only and that for only a week. Unless you know of some new Super Nolvadex that we don't know of then well sorry mate that is not going to cut it...

Read up on the articles. Steroid cycle basics and PCT articles. I think a good thing would be for you to look in the dieting and contest prep section read the dieting stickies and learn to work out your own lean bulk/ bulking diet.

You have some solid and sincere advice there.
Lets start with your stats.

PCT 2 weeks Nolvadex
1 week 20 mg
Another week 40 mg

Like I said read the PCT and Steroid Cycle basics articles you will see the clearing article the clearing time is +- 3times the half life of a compound so Test Enanthate 4.5 weeks waiting time till PCT so bridge 5 weeks and start PCT 2 days after your last pills. No 2 weeks Nolvadex is not a good or sufficient PCT. Read the PCT article and use PCT 2 for your cycle.

dbol @ 20mg for a 110kg man with 12% BF ? you will need at least 40mg - 60mg dbols.

Your PCT is all wrong, so is your bridge period. Rooibul explained.

As your goal is lean gains. Why not kick off with 50mg Dbol and bridge with Tbol at 60mg ED. Winstrol oral for bridge is also an option 30-50mg ED

Noted and will fix PCT.

As I said, I haven't ran or bought gear for quite some time, which exposes me to new supplier...

Bayer Testoviron - what's the chances of getting fake / underdosed?
Bayer Proviron - same as above?
Blue hearts Dbol - same as above?

Be careful buddy , testoviron there's alot of fakes running around .
If you can go for pgw it's GOOD and you get what you pay for !!!

Any advice on the Proviron - Bayer?

Bayer Schering Pharma tetstoviron depot ? Bayer and Shcering is the same thing ? Its test e 250mg per ml.
Had no problem with the proviron did its job for me .

5 weeks into cycle,

1-12 250mg test E (12 weeks)
1 - 6 40mg Tbol per day (6 weeks)
12 - 15 50mg Tbol per day (4 weeks)
1 - 15 50mg Proviron per day (15 weeks)

Pct
15 - 18 20mg Nolvadex per day (4 weeks)

Is PCT sufficient or should I add considering I would only need for starting normal test production?

No your PCT needs a boost. Read the PCT article run PCT 2 minimum...

Up your test to 500mg pw with your size (110kg)

PCT

Day 1 - 14 clomid @ 50mg ed
Day 15 to 45 nolvadex @ 20mg ED
HCG in cycle 500iu per week .. hope you start soon with this <---

Bridge

I wont use tbol again if i frontloaded with it. Use winstrol with the current proviron @ 50mg ED for 6 weeks starting week 10.

Yeah I'm also curious about exactly what it does, does it still keep the testees active to a certain point and would you need to use hcg in pct again?
