MDMA’s first injectable cycle

Hello All,

In preparation:
Full bloodwork (FSH, LH, hematocrit, lipids etc): measured last year Nov
Tot and Free T, E2 = 5th April
Tot and Free T, E2 = 7th April

Start date = Thursday evening, 7th April

Planned Cycle:
Week 1 – 12: Test E @ approx 440mg per week (SQ, 180 mg, E3D, except for first 3 weeks )
Week 8 – 16: Anavar @ 60mg per day (split AM and PM)
Week 4 – 14: HCG: @ approx 500 IU per week (SQ, ±220 IU, E3D (day before Test E)
PCT – Tamoxifen and Clomiphene

Notes and thoughts:
Arimidex on hand but not going to take it unless I have to (bloodwork and/or gyno symptoms)
I will initiate bloodwork in the 5th week of the cycle.
I was keen on doing a Test E cycle but the last few threads (1st cycle) in this forum has made me switch things up.
There's a lot of injections going on in this cycle (4-5 per week) but after I make it past my 1st pin tomorrow night, I will be OK.
I have opted for the easier SQ injection option using a 25 gauge 3/8” for Test E and an insulin type syringe/needle for HCG.
My initiation of this cycle was timed so as to give me an improved libido for an upcoming trip to Pattaya, Thailand (3rd week of cycle).
For the first 2 weeks of the cycle, training will be solid. At best, I will only be able to get a day or 2 of training (gym) in the 3rd week.
In the 3rd week, I will need to purchase unfamiliar gear in Pattaya – during my last visit the Bayer/Schering gear looked good.
My current 300mg/ml Test E is PGW. I still need to get some Anavar.

I am 40 yrs old and will firm up on my stats after measurements tonight.
I only know of 2 people (friends) who have completed steroid cycles before – one recently died at age 40 (I’m pretty sure it was a combo of drug/steriod abuse). The other is remotely situated from me but can provide Whatsapp support.
I guess I am trying to say thank you to this forum for the past, present and future support.

Any tweaks and all advice to my planned cycled will be much appreciated.
Can i get a recommendation for adding proviron to the cycle:No or Yes (and how).

I personally think getting gear in Thailand is a bad idea due to all of the counterfeit products.
I wouldn't want to continue a cycle while on a trip overseas, unless I had a script for the test. That is my opinion though.


Also curious as to where you are going to pin your test SubQ? In your stomach? I would not want to put a 25g needle into my stomach!
I preferred doing my SQ HCG in my ass as opposed to my stomach. That being said, once you have broken through the skin - pushing the needle further into your ass and into your muscle is not painful or difficult at all. With my test cyp shots, there was no PIP.

So I would say give IM a chance, 23g needle into your ass is really not as bad as you might think.

Following Crisler and will do it like this:

Crisler recommends low dose T shots for TRT subq because injections are only between around 50-100mg. More than that and you will experience significant irritation at the injection site.

I have experimented with this and it leaves welts and is pretty painful with 0.5ml Test E.

If it is like what you say, i will go for IM inj sooner that i would have, had you not said it.

Just made it pass my first inj.
The hardest part was to penetrate the skin.
Scale of 10:
Fear factor: 10
Pain: 1
Pride: 100 (so proud of myself).

I injected 0.4 ml (120mg Test E) SQ to see if this way works for me.

The only thing to overcome is fear - anyone can do this!

Going to progress to 0.6ml (180mg) E3D. Once I am comfortable with SQ, I will also do IM and see which works for me.

Exactly, the hardest barrier to overcome is knowing that you are going to stick a sharp object into yourself. Most of us are not built to harm ourselves and we naturally want to avoid that. Also it only stings a lil as you break the skin - feels like a pinch - once that is done you do not feel much whether you go deeper into the fat tissue or into the muscle.

Ok, I lie. If you go into the muscle sometimes my ass will like twitch once or twice but no pain.

Congrats though, it really is a nice feeling once you over come that fear a lil and do it yourself!

Fillet these guys are virgins compared to you. I just passed seven months of TRT and already wishing I had additional viable spots to pin.

MDMA, congrats, best of luck, and keep being responsible. Please update this thread regarding sides from the Enanth? Not wishing ill on you, just want to keep tabs as many suffer from PIP.

I just pin passed the pain brother Furk. You want to play juice. Be a man.

Front delts, side delts, upper chest, lower chest, lats, glutes, ventroglutes, quads, teardrops, hamstrings, traps, calves (if you're brave and don't mind the pip), biceps and triceps - all perfect injecting sites. Once you move on from sub-q injections (when you start using more gear), be sure to rotate at least 4-5 of these sites in order to slow scar tissue development.

Thank you Psy and Furk, I will certainly update this thread with my experience and use it to solicit advice too.

Now to put my head down and get stuck into solid training...

Last night was my second pin.
I increased pin volume to 0.7ml (210mg) of Test E.
It was a good quality SQ pin - tiny spot of blood with zero loss of oil.
I have not developed any of the signs/symptoms as reported by Muscleaddict.

If I progress with 0.7ml E3D, my weekly concentration will be 525 which is my target range.

I found that the best way to hold the syringe is described in this document (my first pin I had my thumb on the plunger):

So far, it looks like a 25G 5/8" SQ pin can work for me.
Even if this way did not work for me, it would have still laid the foundation for sticking a longer needle into a muscle.
I am now looking to source 25G 1" needles for IM pins (Hormonas point of mixing it up is good and it would be better for me to do this now before I get comfortable would one a single technique/injection spot).

You can inject into any muscle. But whether it is wise is another story! Remember the bioavailability on some muscles are much lower comparing. I cringed reading calve/hamstring injections! Haha No thanks I choose life! :lol:

Update: I have a small bump around the SQ injection spot. Not really painful but it is there. At this point, not a concern for me.

The bump grew and grew. Wasn't really painfull but I was aware that it was there.
Decided to pack SQ up and go IM this morning.
Went well and I will be going forward with IM injections for Test.
