My wife use painkillers daily and she wants to use Clenbuterol,will the painkillers have an effect on the effectiveness of Clenbuterol?

Perhaps be more specific about the type of painkillers? Also, I'm sure she's not taking the painkillers indefinitely? I don't suspect any interaction with the common painkillers. Aspirin is probably going to boost the Clen though, and clenbuterol already has a decent half life, so it might be overkill with regards to efficacy.

Assuming she is taking Aspirin, how does she respond to Clen alone?

She's using Grandpa every day? Is she addicted to the stuff, because in that case I don't think she should use Clen or anything else before she gets help.

She should go see a specialist and sort out the sinus issues. I had trouble with my sinuses the last 2 years... Constantly getting sick and living on pain meds. Finally went for an op to get it sorted. No more grandpa's for me since.

Excessive use of grampas buggers up the lining of stomach don't think its a good long term solution.

Clenbuterol and paracetamol do not interact. For me if the grandpa works well then there I would keep the status quo.

Grandpa is Aspirin, Caffeine and Paracetamol. I know it's not dosed high, but:
1) Aspirin hurts the stomach
2) I don't feel comfortable recommending a drug for cutting if the person in question is recovering from a medical condition like this.
