I'm a 21 old male soon to be 22. I've just recovered for a series sickness witch made me unable to train for about 2 months. Before I got sick I was a my peack physically. I had finished a course of tren and test e. Now I am back to health I've gotten back in to the routen of training 5 to 6 times a week. And plan to do so for at least another month. But I plan to come back in a big way.

I still have a good amount of the mucial I gained but I want to balk and hopefully surpass my previous peak. How ever I feel this time around I want to be more prepared. The tren and test e mixcher worked wonders. I feel extremely tempted to go through the course the same course.

How ever my question is would that be the best thing to do? Or is there possible a more affective way of achieving restalts through a deffrent course?

21 and already running Tren? Damn ok.
Your spelling isn't the greatest, makes it a bit of a mission to read your post. :)

Perhaps post a full list of all the cycles you have done, including PCT and time off between cycles and results from your latest blood tests as well as your diet and other stats such as height and bodyfat % ...

What sickness did you have as well which caused you to not be able to gym for such a long time, it might be wise to stay off gear for a bit longer and let your body recover before placing it under unnecessary stress.

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

As jou eerste taal Afrikaans is, tik maar dit. Die reëls laat dit toe. If your first language is English, well let's just say it's uncomfortable to discuss drug regimes with someone who can't use proper spelling and grammar. If you continue to do PEDs, I hope your arithmetic is better than your English.

In all seriousness, folks will be more likely to help if you show your competence. Ciao ciao.

You're a bit young for steroids but your choice is your choice. If you're tempted to go on a test/tren cycle and it's not going to negatively effect your health in terms of your recent sickness, then do it, it's a good cycle and if it fits your goals then you might as well do that. Or you could try a compound that you've never used before - goal dependent. Would be interesting to see what 3 cycles at 21 has had done for you though, give us your stats and maybe post pics?

Just to add to this thread, teens using gear to a "correct" end is becoming extremely common. By that I mean 17-23 year olds looking very impressive; obviously dieting, lifting and pinning right. Not sure if it's a cultural thing in RSA or worldwide right now, or if it's just technology becoming more prevalent. (Let's be honest, chemistry is technology, and gear is chemistry) I'm sure you guys have seen the sharp rise in the middle eastern bodybuilding scene since for about a year now.

Sorry for the hijack OP.

I have certainly noticed this, especially in the party / club scene. You are getting some really well built and big guys walking around - overseas as too!!

That being said, I am not too sure how well thought out their cycles actually are though. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot do cycle after cycle after cycle without proper breaks inbetween and hit the harder stuff early on - such as Tren for a 2nd cycle.

I am also quite sure majority of members, infact I know majority of the people who are at parties and clubs, do not bother with forums and sites this like. At best they might do a bit of Googling and stumble upon one of the other international forums with some questionable or outdated information.

How hard is it to get big if you are constantly on higher doses of strong chemicals?

I don't go to night clubs so I don't have an opinion there. But they are on a steep rise in social media and from what I've seen varying the time of day in go lift (different crowds etc).

As for your question, I think if you start young with a *good mentor* that forces them to do everything textbook correct, we'll be surprised how easy someone can grow. It'll screw with the rent of yourself life though.

I can definitely agree, it has become very common. I believe its a trend brought about by the "Zyzz Legacy". Developing a great physique in order to look at clubs is increasingly popular. And yeah they aren't taking breaks because they don't take breaks from the clubs. Quite a few of my "friends" have been doing it... must say its demoralising as a natural(seeing them make the same gains in a month as i would in a year) but anyway.

Yeah, I know that feel bro. Although later on in life, you will be the one smiling and not them ;)
