Recommend cycle for a she friend

She won't get much help from members here, and if they do I will probably frown upon it. She is to young to be using anything other than will power. At 18 you doing everything to abuse your body. At that age you don't have the brain development to actually achieve what you want as you are at an age that magazines and world that makes you feel you need to look a certain way and unless she is proper obese then it's her head that needs the adjustment. Asking a 18 year old to not drink, not pig out on fast food, to not smoke and do a full 180 by being in the gym most days out of the week and resting well the others is close to an impossible task for majority of people, I'm not saying all.

Thanks pump,you're absolutely right..I'll let her decide what she wants to do,it is her body after all.but I will try my best to steer her away from this route

First thing you should do with these girls is to ask them to list the food they eat in a day.

At their age all they need is good nutrition and to hit their macro targets whilst following a gym program.

If I was you I'd just get a bottle of FFF or GW, remove the label and tell her its an oral steroid and she can't use anything else. :lol: You will be amazed at how a person's mind will make them feel stronger just because they taking something that they think is a steroid :lol:

On a serious note, get their eating plan to suit their goals and tell them its not advisable to use aas at a young age.

That FFF or GW actually seems like a pretty good idea .. Thing is and I've seen this with a lot of my "girl friends",they diet,see results and then pig out again..but I'll do my best to help her sort out her diet,she was shocked when I told her to stop drinking so much sweet wine

Also I showed her exactly how much GH would cost her and luckily I guess she can't afford it,so at least that's out of the picture
