Now, as someone that has never used injectables before, I was a bit against it. The idea has however started growing on me but would like to find out as much as I can about it, before trying it. I understand the basic side effects, increased heart rate, higher body temperature etc, but how safe is it really?
I understand it is on two weeks off two weeks, unless I use it in conjunction with something like ketotifen.
The way I understand, you start off with a small dosage (0.5ml) and increase from there. Should I wish to target more than one area, would amount this be divided into the number of spots?
Age: 31
Height: 1.92m
Weight: 110kg
Heartrate: 42 (at rest)
Any information would be great.

Exercise: On the average gym day I will build up a sweat by running 1km on the treadmill (4 - 8 mins depending on incline) then move on to super circuit. I do this 4 - 5 evenings a week. I also do a little bit of weight training, usually mornings, but only 2 - 3 times a week.
BF% I am not sure of, but would guess in the region of 24% maybe. I'll measure tonight and post when I get home

My suggestion is for you to start counting calories. Work out your TDEE and minus roughly 300-500 calories from that.
There are a few formulas to use to get this, if you can get a accurate BF% reading you can get a better TDEE. Also you didnt mention if you are Male or Female.
On the Icyplex side of things its best used for fasted cardio because of the yoh hcl in it. Also i have used the product in the passed and it leaves bruises where you inject (sometimes) and scar tissue under the skin, feels like a hard pebble under the skin that can take a while to go away.

Start counting again then.veritaz wrote: I may have forgotten to mention, I am 34kg lighter than I used to be. Have been counting calories until a fee weeks ago. Yes, I am getting a little impatient. The question I have, is did it work?
But yes it works.

Eating "relatively healthy" means nothing to us. Give us a breakdown of your daily diet, including all weights and volumes of food. How many calories are you consuming per day?veritaz wrote: Diet: I eat relatively healthy, moderate amount of high protein foods. Eat fruit / veg daily. Drink around 3L water per day.

How are you going to measure your BF% when you get home tonight?

Looks like the VA interface... If so we can ignore the BF reading and go on conjecture.Fakey_AK wrote: And that's all she wrote :silly:

Yes, it's a VA interface
PS: My heart rate remains between 40 - 45 pretty much on any device. VA, cellphone apps, blood pressure units. It climbs quite quickly once I hit the gym though.
I should probably have some tests done :pinch:
EDIT: Would Icyplex work fine in conjunction with Testo tabs? Remember I am new at this, don't want risk to outweigh reward. Maybe increase water intake?

1. What is your TDEE?
2. Or how many calories are you consuming a day?
3. What are your macro splits
4. How does your diet really look like? eg. What are you eating meal 1, meal 2 and so on and so on.
These are the real starting points to any weight loss, muscle building or whatever goal you have. We can tell you use this with that but without the proper diet and training your results will be less then you want and when you stop all these different compounds you will most properly bounce back to where you were if not worse.
