Currently on 150mg test prop EOD

I would just start to add the test e with the prop for about 2 weeks (4pins), then drop the prop.

Example

Mon - Prop + E
Wed - Prop
Fri - Prop + E
Sun - Prop
Tue - Prop + E
Thu - Prop
Sat - Prop + E
Mon - Test E
Thu - Test E

and on you go
