Normally people run 2ml Supertest per week so go ahead. I am just worried about your PCT. You should add HCG and Clomid to your cycle as explained in the PCT article and stickies.
Gangsta there is always a little wastage of the oil I would suggest getting another vial and doing 12 weeks. With 2 vials at 2mls a week you will fall short of 10 wks.
