Running...on roids was created by sprint
Hi there folks.
I was wondering if somebody with endurance sport experience (..read @Oupa) can assists with some help?

I'm 30 years old. 1.8m tall. weight=75kg (was 69kg 10weeks ago before the cycle..) bodyfat @ about 8%.
I run about 120km a week, mostly off road/trail. I started a cycle of Equipoise 125mg and TestC @125mg per week, to mostly aid in recovery and boost performance a bit, so i could log more kilometers.

The problem is i gained 6kg over the past +-10 weeks, this is all mostly muscle mass in my legs, some, but minimal in my upper body, and a little bit of fat (the extra fat is mostly due to my ferocious appetite on the EQ), and as you know heavy and running does not go together.

I also sometimes get massive pump in my lower legs, mostly at the start of my run, and this aggravates my shin splints.

So what I'm getting at: Should i stop my cycle, should i changed my dosages, should i rather try something else??
I definitely benefitted from the cycle, and would like to run it for a further 6 weeks, but at the moment the weight is acting in on the performance side.
Would like to hear your opinions...
Thanx!

Ps- I am on adex 5 drops EOD to keep the estrogenic sides in check, and hopefully not gain that extra 3kg from water retention...maybe that is where most of my weight gain is coming from? I dont have any other estrogenic sides...Should i maybe increase the adex?

I'm in a road cycling program at the moment, with minimal weight-training. The seniors here recommended peptides and growth hormone; I've been on Ipamorelin+CJC, HGH and IGF consistently for about 3 months now & have seen significant benefits in recovery time & low body fat. Down side is accepting some muscle loss, but the pay-off is obvious

Hahaha  . Ok, let me put it this way. I put on 6kg on, on the scale, my bodyfat is about the same at 8-9%, but i'm struggling to get my skinny jeans on, but my shirts still fit.... ;) I did up my carbs with all the running, maybe i overdid it a bit?
