Anavar dosage split HELP

Hi Guys,

I've steadily started my Anavar / Proviron cycle today.

Currently dosing anavar at 20mg 8 to 12hours apart. This is just week 1.

Week 2 I'll up dose to 60mg/day and weeks 3 to 6 I'll run at 80mg/day(40mg morning and 40 mg during the day).

My supply is in 20mg/capsule. My question is how should I split dose for the week on 60mg/day and how much does it really matter? Should I take 40mg in the morning and 20mg later in the day or should I try to take 20mg every 8 hours?

Appreciate the help and insights.

Always try and use 20mg every 8 hours.

Once I start the 80mg a day, which dose should I take 40mg?
I.e. 20mg morning 20mg afternoon and 40mg evening or would this not matter?

In general 40mg mornings and 40mg evenings is fine. I personally have dizzy & nausea issues if I don't take my var every 6 hours, but that's me.

Current week - 40mg/day dosed twice daily
Week 2/3 - 60mg/day dosed every 8 hours
Week 4/6 - 80mg/day dosed every 6 hours
