bigdee wrote: Hey guys need some help.
I'd been training for the past few years.
Started without supps but I ended using fat burners uneducated.
Just listening to some guys advice and used them a bit too harsh, cause now I sometimes get irregular heart beats.
They did work. I did see progress along the way.
I used them for like 7 months but I stopped training For 6 full months
It was junk food all the way.
I got back to gym 3 months back.
I'm doing it all natural this time with just a protein shake...
Wanted to try clen but reading the threads kinda doubt it
welcome.
What fat burners were you using and at what dose & frequency?
Your heart arrhythmia, is it still happening?
Did you have an arrhythmia before using fat burners?
What is your question exactly?

Also, you didn't really ask a question, just whined and expressed your doubts.
What fat burners did you use in the past? Give us your height, weight, age and training history then maybe we can be more insightful.

Stqy away from phedra cut. Also I think that you on it to long.
Then your diet, to much protein dude. For your weight and size try a 40 50 10 ratio. High protein diet only before contest and no longer than 6 weeks. Watch you kidneys.
Good luck.

Commonly tossed around idea. Not proven for sure yet. And given our friends macro split, I'd doubt he'll run into problems.Zaber wrote: Just my two cent.
