Good work right there! The round delts emphasise your good waist to shoulder ratio. Respect mate!

Do you know how much you're weighing these days?

Hi Guys

If I could please get your advice on when it would be best to put the mast prop at 100mg eod in?

I had planned to run anavar for 6 weeks @ 60mg ed till pct my bridge starts on the 10th of december so was going to start the anavar a week before the 10th and have test prop @ 150mg e2d from the 10th for 21 days.

I have about 6 weeks worth of mast prop should I run it before the bridge say starting tomorrow and just have anavar and test in my the bridge or lap it into the bridge with them?

If it was me, I would lap it into the bridge, clean that diet up super tight the last few weeks, adapt your training program, and you will be ripped to shit

Oupa I dont have a set program work each muscle once a week except arms I generally do every three days bi's and tri's together and if i get a chance will give chest some extra attention most workouts are around 1 hour 30 min and have a rest day every 3 or 4 days. I change exercises in and out of workouts regularly to keep it interesting or how i execute them (slow neg, tempo, stretching, squeezing) and watch quiet a bit of training videos on flex and MD to get new ideas so have picked up a wide selection of exercises to choose from there depending on what I feel like on the day. Use a combination of machines and free weights.

I generally do 6 exercises my mind muscles connection is fairly good and judge a workout on how the muscle im working is feeling afterwards, what sort of pump i get and burn if it feels finished then I have achieved what I set out to do. Rep ranges are from 15 to 8 reps only on arms I will go as high as 25 seldom move crazy weight on arms never less than 8 reps.

So its basically just a mix up of what feels right and works the muscle best. Not doing any cardio at the moment.
