Hellooo! Me again!

Ok so I have this wee problem that is bugging the daylights right out of me!

Like Oupiel warned in a previous post, my ' wheels ' are getting too big.

So my buddy advised me to do leg burn sessions (high reps, low weights - mostly to failure)
I understand that this way of training will burn fat as well as some muscle, but I can always bulk them again later.

Question is: How many sets am I allowed and how many times per week can I do these burn sessions to get the best results fast?

Also, I have an ugly scar on my ass from nerve surgery. The scar can be covered but the dent it has created not so much.
So question to all the medical guys - if my body fat drops to 9%, will the muscle 'iron out' the dent?

Not sure about panel beating your butt but I've got the same problem with my wheels. they grow like weeds no matter how I train them. These type of burnout sessions have worked for me in the past. I do about 30 sets but how I do them is to do triple sets. That way im doing a lot of cardio work but not overloading my legs much at all. So or example: 40x weighted walking lunges superset with 25 reps hamstring curl superset with 20 reps leg extensions. Just play around and design your workouts based on these triple sets :)

You could look into giant set training. Massive calorie burning.

So a giant set is like 6-8 exercises supersetted essentially with no break to burn max calories and body fat.

So u could do this

Squats 20 reps

Leg press feet high on the platform and wide 20 reps

Leg press feet middle and close together 20 reps

Walking lunges 20 reps per leg

Hamstring curls 20 reps

Leg extenstions 20 reps

Body weight squats 20 reps

Repeat that for 6 rotations at a time. Rest period between exercises should be as short as possible. Rest time between rotations should be 2-3mins. Weights should be as high as possible for each exercise but low enough u get the 20 reps on each set. U could do this 2-3x a week dependant on your recovery during training.

Be thankful for big wheels guys. Thin guys like myself have the opposite problem.

Today I will do what I never thought possible!
