Hey guys,so i had to come off my cycle that started just about 4 weeks ago.I ran dbols at 40mg per day,Test E at 500mg per week and Equipose at 700 mg per week.I had to discontinue use because of personal reasons but now I am in trouble regarding my PCT.Equipose takes 50 days to clear the system,so i have to wait 50 days before i can start pct?...will i lose any muscle if i use absolutely nothing during the waiting period ?Also what would you guys suggest to use during the waiting period to minimise muscle loss?
The traditional way to minimise loss while waiting for long esters to clear is to run a bridge.
The Bridge could be orals or short ester compounds e.g. test prop & winstrol.
Without a bridge, yes you will loose some muscle.
You haven't been on for so long, so your test levels should recover faster than if you were on for 14 weeks.
Also, you wouldn't have made much gains (maybe some water weight) Test En & Eq start to kick in around week 5.
Okay so i am not going to run a bridge ,will i be fine just waiting 50 days before starting a pct?My biggest concern is massive muscle loss w\o using a bridge,is that the case
You need to wait the time to allow the supressive effects of the long ester compounds to clear your system.
Starting PCT while they are still suppressing your natural production is an issue.
So for Eq you would need to wait the 42 days minimum.
During this time, you may lose mass - there is no free lunch!
But, after 4 weeks, how much mass did you actually gain??
Due to the short time of use, there should be minimal testicle atrophy and you will hopefully recover Test production quickly; hence, you shouldn't lose that much.
Okay so little muscle loss is inevitable, im just worried that it i will lose hard earned muscle that i have built over the years !I was thinking on running PCT 3 (doctari's).What woukd u recomend? Will hcg help if i start using it now?
250iu hcg Eod up until 2 days before PCT.
You want to be using an AI along with hcg.
Then I'd go with PCT 1
As you haven't been suppressed for long & you haven't used 19-nor compounds.
I'd also use an AI during PCT as suggested in PCT 3
I have letrozel still left from my cycle, at what dosage should i use it ?Also just a quick question,lets say one completes a full cycle, how long should one remain drug free before going on another cycle?
