Cycle for 47 year old

Hi guys I have a older mate he's around 47 anyway he told me he wants to do 1ml of pgw test E a week for 10 weeks he's alrwady huge tho like he's 109kgs nd pretty lean he hasn't cycled in 7 years apparently and I do believe him...he asked me what should he add ?
Like I'm thinking just some proviron maybe ? Or any suggestions ? Like he's trying to do a completely mild cycle

I haven't got a lot of time to respond but adding more testosterone could be a start. 1.5-2ml of the Test E per week would be better. Will wait for the other members to help more with regard to adding another oil or an oral throughout the cycle.

300mg per week, is gonna result in a "low" net Test level.
The exogenous Test will suppress his natural test, till there is only exogenous Test in his system.

From a Cycle point of view 300mg/week is low
From a TRT point of view 300mg/week is high

Considering his age, 300mg/week would push his way past his current test levels, which are probably low.
So like a hot TRT dose, but would it be enough to give him the kick he's after?

I suppose the question is, What does he want to achieve??

Ja the first thing I told him was bump the test to 2mls and just add proviron and u good to go for 10 weeks... He told me his goal is to put size on and again I look at him like :huh: u 47 nd one of thee biggest guys I've seen but ok :lol:

But start with full bloods so he knows where he started from.
As after, if/when his natural test is too low, he doesn't blame the cycle, he may have low test already.

Although, by the size of him, maybe not.
Is he just a big moose, proper boer seun?
Or is he buff and build?

Thanks oupiel I'll tell him that o told him do a mill bulk maybe 450mg test E and 30/40mg dbol as a front load he said he will see he doesn't want orals but he will think about it.. Hahaha no no he's properly built trust me he's got proper lean mass

As per my other post - I get uncomfortable "prescribing" anything!!

Get the oke on here and start his own thread.
Let him ask and learn and finally make his own decisions.

That way, he is ultimately responsible - can't claim he didn't know.
