So what dose would be a good to run it at post pct or even during pct basically ? Just to keep u anabolic while u recover or is it just a myth that it doesn't really supress you and and its only successful if your on trt

It is suppressive - just not as harsh as other drugs so it is not wise to use it post PCT or during PCT if you don't plan to stay on cycle. It can be added to HRT but that is because natural testosterone production is already shut down and suppressed so it doesn't matter.
