I'm like super skinny, weigh 67kg and I'm 1.9m tall. I've just came back to the gym. I often quit too soon because results are very slow and so not motivating. Please recommend something for extra body size and strength. I could also use something to boost my appetite to consume more food. Appreciate it.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Did you change your diet in the past when you were lifting? If you want to gain muscle, you need to actively think about your food.

I was tall and thin and Oupa and MAs advice on eating more and cleaner was the key to my growth in the beginning.
Good luck!

How old are you?
Training history?
Post your current daily meals like the guys have advised.
You can get some great advice here, but you're not going to get spoon fed.
Have a look at some of the diet 101 threads: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/10-dieting-contest-preparation
Do a bit of work on creating a diet, post it, I can guarantee the guys will point you in the right direction.
Keep it simple: oats, eggs, lean proteins, clean carbs.
You don't need gear yet. Try using something like creatine, it will help with the appetite a bit, will give you a bit of water gains and some strength, also help with recovery.
Add a 100% whey protein shake say twice a day to help fill your protein requirements (stay away from those "Mass" gainer rubbish, it's mostly just filled with sugary carbs)
You sound very lean, which is not a bad thing - think of it as a blank canvas that you can mold something epic on. Remember once you're fat you're fekked. It's a lot harder to lose that fat.
Concentrate on putting on lean mass, not just eating everything in sight for the sake of gaining weight.

+1
I am in a similar boat compared to you, I weighed myself this morning before consuming anything and after going to the bathroom and I now weigh 54KG which is really impressive considering I was around 50 to 52KG with clothes before everything and at one point was 48KG with clothes.
I am only 164cm tall.
At first I started getting advice from my friends who trained and doing a bit of Googling and THE WORST decision I ever made was to take a mass gainer! I sure as hell did pick up weight, fucked me over as it was pretty much just fat! I have never been as fat as I currently am and I am hating it!
Started eating better, consuming low GI carbs, getting some good protein throughout the day and I try and take in as little sugar as possible, drink even more water than I was previously (practically just drink water now) and not only have I started to shed a bit of the fat but I feel sooo much better!
I am also starting to fill out a bit which is great, it is quite slow but well worth it IMO.
So when people mention diet is key, I always use be like "naaah, sure it plays a role but I am sure I can still get big and have most of the positives without being soo anal about it.... perhaps if I tried some of this and that and trained like a mofo..."
Also a good, proper training plan seems to make quite a difference too. Furk helped me out with one which I decided to try and stick to despite what some others may think and have to say about it and I have stopped with my creatine and protein shakes and my strength still seems to be there and progress is being made it seems
For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.
