1 Table Spoon Tomato Sauce
3 o'clock
Whet Protein Shake
Handfull Almonds
or
100g Game Biltong
Dinner Spoon Peanut Butter

Pre Workout Shake
Intra Workout
Whey Protein Shake (Serving)
Glutamine (5g)
Creatine (5g - 10g)
Post Workout
6 Egg Whites
100g Basmati Rice

According to the diet 101 sticky my bmr is 3177
The help that i need from you gurus is....
1. Would you recommend that i trim down the bf then start to bulk up or versa visa.
2. Is there something that i can replace the tuna and basmati lunch with because i am really really fed up of it.

Hi Daniel,
i do think your T prop is a bit on the low side at 350mg pw with the tren at 280mg pw,
Trim down then bulk buddy if you bulk at to high body fat you don't really look better and then when you try to cut you lose some of that muscle, cut down then bulk clean,
you can replace the tuna with chicken boobs or ostrich fillet or even lean mince if you have to
Good Luck with your cycle budz

If you worked out your BMR to be at +- 3200 cals and are only eating 2800, you can't expect to gain weight. my opinion though is to keep your caloric intake where it is. Although I would double check those values.
Tuna is a protein source and a fat. Chicken boobs and peanut butter. Lean mince can work too.
Measure all your food. What is a scoop of protein? my handful of almonds is probably twice the amount as your handful. Dial in these small things.

Input your diet in myfitnesspal to double check The Macros and caloric values.
A heaped scoop can be 20 grams today and 30 grams tomorrow. Ignore the label. It doesn't know you! So you use what you have to in order to achieve your goals. Weigh the whey

OK bud, off the bat... You don't need so much protein. We always assume more is better, but you can only process so much. 30% of your calories coming from protein is sufficient. Increase the carbs, tren loves carbs!
Eating at maintenance with Tren will lean you out nicely so I think you on point with total caloric intake.
