Hi Guys,

Total newbie here. Would like to start bulking up and gain some mass, so I have decided to try steroids. So what would a great starter pack be to try? Not keen on doing injectables straight away so want to try tablets first.

I found and oral bulk pack on a local website which comes with 2 products, DBOL-X and TEST 400 capsules, it runs on an 8 week course. Would these be sufficient to try and test out and take from there?

Also worried about the whole gynecomastia issue, what would I do to counter this?

Sorry to trouble you guys with my questions but I would appreciate any help

Those DBOL-X and TEST 400 capsules aren't real steroids, just look at the ingredients.

You are really limiting your options if you want oral only, but look at the sample cycles. There are two oral only cycles that might work: anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/sample-cycles

Based on the "steroid pack" that the OP is asking about, I wonder if his diet and training is on point?

Thanks Admin I will take a look at that! I realise I might be limiting myself with orals only but if I can see some decent results using only orals I will definitely move to injectibles.

@Schmidt my exercise and diet are pretty good at the moment but I want to bulk up. I am 6 foot and weigh 84kg's at the moment.

Your first cycle is your golden cycle... dont fuck it up. Dont expect to get big fast from steroids, you will be bitterly disappointment. It takes years !

Thanks for that Oupa, not looking for miracle muscles in a few weeks, I just want to start seeing better results than I am currently. What would you suggest to keep my first cycle as close to 100% as I can?

I have slightly high blood pressure (140/90 at the time of being put on the meds) but my doctor is planning on taking me off of my meds as its seems to have stabilized and returned to normal.

30 years old.. Run a testosterone cyp only cycle for 12 weeks. Add provron from day 1 at 40mg ED right up to one day before PCT.

That is one of the best ever foundations you will have starting off with steroids.

At your height, weight and age, 500mg per week is more that enough to start off with.

Where can you buy from............ if i could tell you i would be a rich white south african hahaha.

Hahahaha I understand, sorry I did not realise it was againts forum rules.

And last question for now, if I had to start with your recommendations and I carry on with a decent training regime and diet, how long before I see results in terms of gains that I have battled to achieve before?

I cannot make an accurate call because i know fak all about you. But usually you will notice a emotional change within the first 2 weeks, (for the better) and a physical change will show from week 8 onwards.

Its a good cycle. Just make sure you have an AI on hand for possible gyno issues.

I shall do so! Leaning slightly more towards the Dianabol & Test unless anyone can advocate the Proviron more from experience?

That being said, any last tips or words of wisdom before I decide on what to take?

You cannot go wrong with a test and dbol cycle, adding proviron definitely decreases high estrogen side effects
