I am 45 years old and do a Test Cyp cycle once or twice a year (with Proviron and Tamoxifen at the end).

What regular tests, bloodwork etc does one need to have done and how regular (to make sure organs, etc are still good)?

Also, how do you find a Dr that you can actually trust and be candid about using?

Check your Hormone levels, Test, E2, SHBG etc.
Check Liver! Especially with use of orals...

Prostate, heart. Depends what you use... Obviously give adequate time for natural levels to recover.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Using proviron and tamoxifen is counter productive, the one is preventing the other from doing its job.

Look at doing a full blood count and you might as well check cardiac enzymes, cholesterol and all the other goodies posted above.

Also please don't start threads written in capitals.
