Hi guys found this really cool cycle planner in excel?!

thought i might share it maybe some of you guys would like to use it or just have a look at it if you want!

i just need some help on how to attach it to the thread?

Nice tool. One question though. Choosing injection frequency, for arguments sake take test cyp250 & 2ml per week:
Injection frequency is 5-7 days

Then i choose to pin Monday&Thursday the entire cycle. Will i be wrong?

Because the spreadsheet counts according to the "DAYS UNTIL NEXT DOSE" then every number of days that you put will contradict what you have chosen (Monday&Thursday).
Please enlighten me
