Advice needed

Running advanced cutting(anavar, prop, tren) for a week. Experiencing sensitive nipples, no soreness or hardness, but am taking cabaser and arimidex(0,5mg ED). Any thoughts?

Hold out for a few days and keep your diet super clean. The sides are normal... just see if your hormones settle soon

Sorry for the resurrection and thread hi-jack, trying to learn as much as I can and do not want to create a new thread for every question when reading through the forums.

Would a clean vs "dirty" diet make a difference when it comes to gynecomastia?
If so, why / how?

Does shit food make you fat? does high fat increase estrogen sides ? what causes man boobs ?

Oupa the nipshifts haven't stopped. Only the left nip is sensitive tho. Could I still get gyno while running arimidex and cabaser?

Yip, Adex just isn't strong enough for me I get gyno. The only thing that does the trick for me is Letro

As Rhino mentioned above, while Arimdex and Aromasin can hold off the gyno in a good proportion of people, sometimes Letro is needed for those who are very sensitive to estrogen like myself or for those who have pre-existing gyno and want to reduce it's size a bit.

Liquid Pharmaceuticals does an awesome liquid letro but you can get letro in tablet form too which means splitting tablets to get the appropriate dose. I do 0.25ml twice a week (monday and thursday) and it does the job.

I do have letro on hand, I have the drops. What is a good ED dose ?

Currently running 0.5arimidex ED

Start with 10 LP drops ED and lets go from there... dont take adex and letro simultaneously

LP Letro is potent so run that starting at 10 drops.

Hrm.. this is a catch 22 situation.. letro works amazingly .. does it get to work quick? For me, no.. 2 weeks..

You have a few options.. continue with adex and add letro.. or add Nolva and continue adex. Or add Nolva and letro and use adex for another couple of days till the letro gets to work..

For some this is extreme.. the problem is once you have a lump, you cough out 20+k

Like he said, you have a few options. If you want to know what i would have done.... i would have added nolva with adex. If that didnt help, then slap the letro with nolva, and if that doesnt help, your not classified as human.

Ha! That is interesting, never knew fat cells produce estrogen.

Fat doesn't produce estrogen.
It increases testosterones affinity to aromatise into estrogen.

Oupa how would I go about lowering the letro dose from 1mg. Nips have settled quite abit

Any one who could help? 00pump?
