and in book3 he say u can use winstrol and promobolin. For a cutting....

You can use your winny, it's an awesome compound. But use it as a kickstart or in a bridge of a test only cycle. have a look at the beginners bulk cycle in samples.
That is ideal just switch out the dbol for winstrol and use your diet to control the outcome.
Post up a sample diet and we will tweak it for you from there mate.
