Super fast metabolism - help needed!

Been training for the past 4 years with minimal gains. I eat like a horse but have the fastest metabolism ever. It is pretty much impossible to put up weight - other than around my midsection if I eat too much sweet stuff / carbs.
Age: 32
Height: 1.86cm
Weight; 82kg
Body fat: 13%
Typical meal plan (during the week):
6am: Protein shake (1 scoop Biogen ISO-Whey Premium)
8am: 200g oats + 50g blueberries
10am: 6 egg whites or a protein shake
12pm: 250g protein + 200g carbs + unlimited green veg (normally broccoli, beans, zucchini or cauliflower)
3pm: 250g protein + 100g carbs + unlimited green veg
7pm: Post workout protein shake
8pm: 250g protein + unlimited green veg (no carbs)
10pm: Protein shake before bedtime
I tend to eat whatever I want on Saturdays and Sundays - in MASSIVE quantities! Not many people can wolf down the quantities I can. Trust me. Still the only weight I seem to pick up is around my midsection - not muscle.
I work out 3 times per week for an hour with my personal trainer.
Tue: Chest and back
Thu: Legs and arms
Sat: Shoulders and chest
I trail run 10km on Mon, Wed and Fri - a very steep route up a mountain. Sundays are for resting.
I can lose weight incredibly easily - just need to do cardio everyday and avoid desserts (my favourite guilty pleasure)
Over the past year I have gone through 25kg of USN Fast Anabolic Growth and 3kg Dark Matter. Still very little notable change! I take creatine daily and have also just started taking glutamine. Changed Dark Matter to Biogen ISO-Whey. Not sure if it will be any better but came highly recommended by a bodybuilder friend.
I am getting desperate and considering juicing to help me along.
A colleague told me to try Anavar as first port of call. Is it safe? Effective? Not keen to run into issues further down the line.
Any advice from the experienced gents on here?

Im in a similar issue also have a fast metabolism.
I actually went and cut down on my cardio and i left my trail running aswell.
If u have a quick metabolism u have to unfortunately decide what your goals are staying lean or bulking. If you decide to try to pick up weight drop the cardio or make it less like 5 min instead of 20 min it helped me alot. Another thhing i did was start eating.
7am: 200 g mince and 200g patato
inbetween Protein shake
10am: 200 g mince and 200g patato
inbetween Peanuts as snack
Lunch: 200g steak/ 200 g chicken mince with cup of rice and veg
2:45 before gym: 200g steak/ 200 g chicken mince and veg
3:15 100g oats
after gym protein shake with creatine and glutimine
6pm: 200g steak/ 200 g chicken mince sweet patato
before bed teaspoon peanut butter with protein shake
But i must say i picked up alot when i started with my cycles after cycle you would have 10kg extra but i would loose another 5kg.
My first cycle was dbol, Test cyp and then nolvadex for pct was a very basic cycle
Hope it helps i went from 74kg to 90kg in 3 years i started my cycles only last year when i was on 80kg
hope the info helps

I work out 3 times per week for an hour with my personal trainer. Maybe this is part of your problem. Why not up the number of days you lift focussing more intensely on a muscle group and do less cardio.

I trail run 10km on Mon, Wed and Fri - a very steep route up a mountain. Sundays are for resting. I'd leave some of cardio but then also cut out all the sweets (that you say tends sit on your midsection) keep your body clean and healthy rather. Steady progress mate.

If you feel you want to try AAS, go for a simply test only cycle. Or even beginner bulking cycle. Although I'd recommend you eat healthier and rather up your calories by using more supplementation and eating more food instead of eating sugary carbs.

Basically I should eat a LOT more and do a lot less cardio / running. Also start splitting main body parts into separate days at the gym,
What protein shake should I try? Brands?

If you are an advanced user who knows how to make the three day split work then you won't be asking the questions like this brother is and your username won't say beginner. I am saying that for this case the best advice is to split training days as suggested. I am not saying the concept of a three day split is bad. Just like if someone new to BB asks about GH I will tell him to leave it, even though I know GH is a powerful tool when you have the knowledge to use it right.

"For example, some pro bodybuilders train only one major muscle group each workout. That's it.
So on Monday, they might train chest; on Tuesday, back; on Wednesday, legs; on Thursday, shoulders; and on Friday, arms; with abs thrown in on one or two of those days for good measure. This would be considered a five-day training split.
Splits come in all sorts of variations, but specific splits are better at certain points in your training evolution. The pro bodybuilder's example above isn't right for a beginner; it's not the best way to gain size and strength at that point.
The key is adjusting your training split as you advance. We've done some of the heavy lifting, by telling you what to do and when to do it. The rest is up to you."
This is one of hundreds of guys thats been in the business for long endorsing 3day split programs for bigginers.
