Winstrol and test cycle was created by Yogi

I have read alot on Winstrol and Test Suspension cycles. I want to know if I should use Test Suspension or rather use Propionate with Winstrol?
I am looking at 30 - 40mg dosage winstrol a day. Then I am not that familiar with suspension and propionate and its dosage. Then if I combine Proviron or Armidex to the cycle then how should I use it.
My previous cycle was as follow
1ml Supertest and deca100 twice a week.
Frontloaded with dianabols 30mg a day for first 3 weeks
Bridge with proviron and pct 3.

Test suspension is just test with no ester attached to it. So you would need to pin it multiple times a day. Honestly wouldn't recommend this as a second cycle.

Test prop is good to go, for a nice short cycle. 8 weeks is good.
Proviron at 50-100mg throughout will reduce SHBG greatly, so will the winny though.

So I would stick to just prop and winny
Run the winny from the start of the 3rd week to the end.

Then 2 week waiting period before PCT.

Note you will need to pin the prop at least EOD. And 150mg EOD should do the trick.

Run HCG for the.duration of the cycle

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

I find that Winny kills Libido. Even while pinning 2ML of test a week.

Use proviron @ 50mg ED. That'll give you a slightly harder look and increase libido. Split 2 x 25mg or 2 x 20mg (40mg ED then), depending on the brand you buy.

Also, do not use Arimidex if not needed. Only use it when you see signs of Gyno.

Gave it some more thought, Proviron has the advantage of being a mild AI. So for that reason you may want to include it.

Personally I love winstrol and add it whenever possible

So my cycle will look as follow
8 weeks
50mg Proviron daily split 2x25mg start to finish
150mg Prop 100 EOD start to finish
30-40mg Oral Winstrol daily week 1-6
2weeks waiting period then pct2

Or is there any other comments on this?

Don't do the Winstrol for 6 weeks. Buy a hundred pills and use at 40mg a day.

Weeks 1 - 8 Test Prop 150mg EOD
Weeks 1 - 8 Proviron 50mg ED (split 25x2)
Weeks 1 - 4 (25 days) 40mg ED (split 20x2)

2 week waiting period

PCT 2

There is no difference between the two except the injectable has a reputation for very bad injection pain.

Winstrol is very hepotoxic.
You can do a maximum of 6 weeks on winny.

I do it like this because it works well for me. 4 weeks is enough to get a good kick start out of the Winstrol with regards to strength and adding muscle mass. Also, I buy a hundred at a time. So work perfectly for 25 Days @ 40mg a day. If you feel you like to extend this period; get 150 tabs and do 5 weeks. Keep at 40mg ED. I wouldn't taper it.

There is no need for a kick start as prop gets to work quickly,

Week 1-8 test p 150mg eod
week 1-8 proviron 40mg ed.
week 6-10 winstrol 40mg ed
week 10-on pct ...

I hope some of you are still subscribed to this post. I want to ask if it will be possible to add half a ml deca a week or so to assist me with my joints. Or would it work negatively with the Winstrol, test and proviron?
