In your opinion what has been the best injection site for you?

Ditto. I find if it's in the quads I sometimes feel it the next two days. So I prefer glutes. A little more tricky using the left hand to pin when you're right handed though... :lol:

Glutes are cool, Quads are fun... Nothing beats Delts though :woohoo:

I don't delts except for peptides after reading the study where subjects were given nandrolone injections in the glutes and delts and blood levels were monitored for over a month to compare bioavailability. The study concluded that far less of the steroid was absorbed through the delts than the glutes. The difference was around 20%!

Question for pinning glutes: do you lie down or stand up when doing it? I'm planning my first cycle and tried to practice with a B12 injection and can't for the life of me twist around far enough to comfortably pin and check for block in the syringe before injecting. Any tips would be appreciated.

I pin standing up with all my weight on the opposite foot. If you pin the in the right spot you should have just enough flexibility to pin it with a stretch. The pinning sites are more to your side than at your back.

Although it seeminly been many years ago. I haved previously used delts. quads- which I won't be doing again any time soon and of course the all time favourite glutes, always trusted forever delivered. I pinned standing up at times having thr luxury of a mirror but even without that execution is spot on.
