Hi guys my dr wants to change from depo test to nebido has anyone used this for hrt also wants to include an ai and dhea supplement, opinions please he has also suggested i go on lchf diet

DHEA hey? Make sure you have your liver and cholesterol checked before going on an AI.

Also if you have been on HRT for awhile I would strongly suggest looking at your RBC count and you may want to give your therapy a break for a a bit, you don't want to develop polycythemia and have to go into an emergency surgery and have a blood specialist trying his best to prevent you from clotting.

Thanks just got blood results test at 120 but esrogen sky high at 300 dr has prescribed anastrozole 10 mg per week for 8 weeks cholestrol at 2.6 and liver enzymes at 34 have to stop hrt until esrogen levels are below 100 any advice wether i should finish my run of var while hrt is stopped would be appreciated

Thats whats on the script please advise its 1 10mg once a week he said he has never seen estrogen so high i last pinned test on tuesday night and test was at 120 on yesterdays bloodwork was 200mg depo test what should i have expected test to be the day after pinning pyro and insight with regards to the ai would be highly appreciated i would expect test would be that high but im not sure lh was at 0.5 and liver results were fine bp is perfect at 127/75

That is the dosage for menopausal women about to shoot up their local 7/11. Day 1 I would take a full tab and then half a tab every 5 days. That is still 1mg per day which is damn high. I.m,o 10mg per week is gonna give you heavy side effects and it's gonna murder your system. There is no reason to kill the estrogen so fast you are not at risk of anything.

Where is the most important blood result, you RBC count ? This is very important when you on testosterone for a long period of time

For someone on HRT you really did test some irrelevant crap, one e.g LH, and you left out something crucial which is RBC like Pump said. Your estrogen levels are high yes but in no way should you panic about it. Be glad that you found the cause of your problems so easily. The Adex will sort you out within a week if not sooner. Tell your doc he needs to read up on the latest available research because damn his advice is far from up-to-date. Go ahead with the Anavar and be sure to keep pinning your HRT dose as normal. DO NOT STOP YOUR DOSAGE!

Thanks guys thag helps a lot the only thing hd wants me to take is the anasrozole which comes in a 10mg cap for 8 weeks 1 per week should i stretch this out he also wants estrogen and test levels redone after 8 weeks will the adex cause test levels to go even higher and will the lab test without a form from doc and do i ask for rbc only or full blood count thankz for the insigbt guys

Regardless of what the reference range says your hemoglobin and hematocrit are higher than average for males. A therapeutic phlebotomy/blood donation every 8 weeks would be beneficial.

The well known Dr Crissler for example withholds TRT above 18/55 HGB/HCT, which is practically your level.
