Forget about gear completely. You are clueless. U don't even know the all the basics of training and diet yet.
Do research, tons of it. Gear not something to take lightly y

If you want the guys to "not be so hard on you" then READ and LEARN. Why should the guys spend time to construct answers when you do not have the common courtesy to first learn and thus be able to ask INFORMED questions.
"I really have a passion for muscle building why don't u guys give me some guidelines , tell me for how long must I train?"
That's passion???? Bullcrap. That's a lazy whiny entitlement attitude right there. If you had a passion you would be scouring this and several other sites picking up training tips, trying them out seeing what works for you.
You "did muscle building for 3 years before". Clearly you didn't learn a fkn thing. Because even with the basic compounds exercises you will build muscle. Do you even know what the basic compounds are?
But yes, the guys won't be hard on you because they'll actually ignore this and not bother. That is why you only have 5 replies. And they have been very civil about it too.
As for "finding nothing on Primo". Bullshit. Use the search function. There's plenty on this and hundreds of other forums.
You're looking for the "easy" road. There is no easy road. If there was, every one would look like Phil Heath or a Men's Health Cover. This is a lifestyle. It is dedication. You need to be 150% on good days and 110% on bad days. It means eating clean. Eating right. No drinking. No partying. Early nights and early mornings.
The first thing you would realise if you read is that DIET is the single most important factor.
You want to lose the man boobs and belly fat then start off with 5 sets of "STOP EATING SO MUCH CRAP".
If your BF% isn't at least under 15% AAS's shouldn't even be a consideration. Because if you can't do the diet thing properly are you disciplined enough to follow a cycle regimen because you can't decide half way through you're tired and don't feel like training today or for a few days.
Anyway, stop being a whiny bitch. READ, read some more, then some more and when you think you've read up enough, read ten times more. Learn the physiology of your body. The pharmacology of the drugs. Why each drug has a specific purpose. Why you do PCT.
Then come back, post your stats, diet and training plan and once the guru's here see you've put in effort they will gladly help and offer advice. But do not expect to be spoon-fed.

Hard harsh but true. Dude make an effort and use that thing called Google and read read read. Make notes if u must. Gear is one of the LAST options when u stop making progress and u need more than the basic diet, training and supplementation

@Macman, I agree with 00pump's advice and think more research from your side is required before you will be ready for AAS. However, if you have questions while doing your research you are welcome to ask. Don't stress about the harsh replies, just read past the rudeness and see it as constructive criticism.

Macman wrote: Okay thanx to all of u , i just decided not to do roids at all its just to dangerous but will still log in time and again to read about what u guys are talking about, this is a very cool site and thanx for helping so many people, speak to u guys again in the future.
Ye bro they can be dangerous.. but so can disprin.. you have the right idea about looking for doing things the safest possible way and the least amount to achieve the desired results. It's good that you seeing them as dangerous, that shows a mature attitude and shows you will respect them when you do decide to use them.. keep your eye on the site, learn, use your knowledge to educate those that are using that you know of and in a year you will probably be in the perfect place to use a short cycle and if you find you experience a side effect stop, if you respect the compounds, you will probably experience nothing but a sense of well being and some great results ..

My apologies admin. I in no way intended to be rude to the chap. Just worried about guys who don't learn more before diving in deep end.
I remember my first post years ago on another forum...I knew fuckall. thought one injects into artery like a druggie. So I've been where he is now.
