5mg anavar between courses

Hi guys a lil while back I read on one of the threads oupa suggested using 5mg of anavar between cycles ?
Like after pct to keep u anabolic...
I just have a few questions ?
1. Would it affect sex drive ?
2. Do i take it when any other compound ?
3. Would it slow down recovery ?

Anavar will not totally shut down your HPTA, especially at lower doses (unlike testosterone, which will eventually do this even at a 100mg dose, or deca which will do it with a single 100mg dose). This could be due, at least partly, to the fact that Anavar doesnt aromatize (convert to estrogen).

Serum testosterone, SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin), and LH (Leutinizing Hormone) will be slightly suppressed with low doses of Anavar, but less than with other compounds. FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) , IGF1 (Insulin Like Growth Factor 1) and GH (Growth Hormone) will not be suppressed with a low dose of Anavar, but will actually be raised significantly (12)(13)(14) as you may have guessed, and LH will even experience a "rebound" effect when you stop using anavar (3) If your endocrine system and HPTA are functioning normally, you should be able to use anavar with minimal insult to it, and can even keep most of your values within the normal range (5).

Thus, Anavar may even be ideal for use in bridges between cycles, (at very low doses under 10mgs perhaps)

Hey if if suppress LH should I take clomid with it ?

And will that have any negative affect on my sex drive ?

I'm currently running Var off cycle! I've been on for about 6 weeks. To be honest my sex drive isn't great at all, I'll have bloods done in a couple of weeks so if I was you I'd hang 10 and see what my blood looks like if your sex drive recovering is important.

Hey Rhino how's it going with this? How does 5g Var impact the liver? Do you constantly run liver supplements?

Hey Bud. Ye I'm constantly running liver support and I'm on 15mg Var a day and 50mg clomid EOD as per MA's advice.

Ye recovery is good and I still feel full, I lost some weight as was to be expected while on PCT but since starting the Var my weight stabalized and actually went up by half a KG.
My Sex drive isn't what it normally is 6 weeks pct so I'm sure there is some suppression but we'll get a clearer pic in 2 weeks time once I'm 8 weeks post pct and have blood done.

I'm thinking of blasting and cruising myself "if" I need to go on HRT. Since HRT will be cruising (having normal test levels will be awesome enough for me) and then blasting maybe twice/ year.

I think ultimately we'll all end up on HRT I just would prefer to delay it for a while as I want to have another Mini Me. :lol:
Have you spoke to your Endo about what the chances of you being able to have a kid would be should you end up having to go the HRT route?

This interests me. Why do you say that bud? You don't think that with proper PCT and waiting time we can and HRT in our old age?

Ye I just think that as soon as we all see our natural production waning I for one will be the first one to opt for HRT. Only in later years once it's nessassary though.
Face it the game we play even as safely as possible will have some kind of negative impact on our HPTA over time.

How's it rhino just wanna know if u went for blood work, and how's your low dose of anavar working out ? How do u feel in the gym and like in general ? Like strength, size ect ?

Hey Bud, I'm hoping to still have bloods done this week I'm just chacing shadows having just opened up again.
I've hung onto my size since PCT but to be honest I normally loose what I'm going to while still on PCT so I'm not sure it's all that beneficial and my sex drive is far from good so I'll be coming off after I've had bloods done and going Natty for a couple of months until I start my Prep.

I'll post my blood work as so as I've got it but I'm not expecting it to be great because normally now 2months post PCT my wife's running scared :lol: we will see

Made a decision on your prep yet regarding compounds?

I'll start off with just 500mg a week of test and then assess and add compounds if needed as I go.
