When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

What do you need help with bud?
PCT, or reducing bodyfat?
In the articles section read up on PCT, that will answer any questions to that regard.
Fat loss... Well to be blunt, it's diet bud. There is no easy way to drop BF %. Yes there are fat burners but ideally they should be used when you're already lean.
Use the search function and read the stickies in the diet section... If you get stuck, shout.

Joh That diet, so many issues.
Rather Save that money from the cell tech and nitro tech and buy some food for that diet.
Breakfast: No Protein?? (Whey or egg whites would go nicely with that)
Snack: How about biltong and nuts
Lunch: Perfect
Snack: Nope! (Repeat the lunch or whey and peanut butter)
Dinner: Not bad if maybe some olive oil but if its post workout I would add some carbs
Pre: Im not a fan of pre workouts but hey thats your choice.
Post: Like I said cell / nitro tech is a waste of money you could be spending on food so rather to that, but for a post some whey and dextrose/vitargo is perfect
And lastly when posting your diet the amount are crucial

That's a start.
Stick with a whey protein.
Don't really need other supplements yet. Perhaps a BCCA and vitamin.
Do you know your BMR?
Go to:
www.thecalculatorsite.com/health/bmr-calculator.php
And work from there...
Any attempt at fatloss during PCT will result in loss of on cycle gains. Wait AT LEAST 6 weeks post PCT before adjusting calories to a deficit.
