Hi guys
thanks for your help over my previous cycle especially pyro
Iam planning another cycle
lean bulk
Week 1/6 anavar 60mg a day
well 1/8 test p 300mg/ml per week
masteron p 150mg/ml eod
proviron week 1/10 50 mg ed
ECG week 4/12 250iu Mon/Thu
pct start 14 days after last prop injection
cloomid 100mg ed week 12
Nolva 20mg ed week 13/16

It's a short cycle which means I can do 2 cycle per year .would like your feed back and advise

89kg 12% bf
1m.86
2 cycle previously
*test prop only 12 weeks@100mg/ml eod
then
*test e and mast e 16 weeks
proviron and anavar bridge
test prop Kick start and hcg during cycle
pct 2
Dropped to 9%bfat 89kg
from my cycle
Was considering using tren but considering my age thought to play it safe and use mast instead

For your goals and suggested cycle for me there is one clear winner: Deca @500mg per week!!

You need Cabasser on hand for possible prolactin gyno. So Test + Deca + Mast. You're welcome.

I agree with Pyroclasm bro that's a very good cycle test deca nd mast also add in an oral to kick start the cycle off I love anap so I would say anap but a lot of ppl don't agree with anap so maybe go for a tbol or dbol kick start see what oral works for u everyone's different

Agree with Pyro as well. If you are going to add an oral kick start, I think Tbol is your guy for a lean bulk. Definitely one of my favourite orals

do I need to keep the test lower than the deca though so cycle will look like this
Wek 1/4 Tbol 40 mg ed
deca 1/10@500mg per week
Week 1/12test e @200mg per week
Week 1/12masteron e @ 600mg per week
Hcg week 4 up to pct
Week 13/16 anavar or wins
Pct week as mentioned before
cloomid 2*50mg *1 weeks
then nolva 20mg ed *4 weeks

Never used deca before how's recovery after using for the over 40
and can I used for only 8 weeks
looking forward for your feed back Guys your help is much appreciated thank you

No u don't need to keep ur test lower than ur deca, why would u ? 8weeks is way to short bro
10 weeks is kinda short to but u can get away with it if u want...get casber as pyro said for anti prolactin and get an AI in hand...
U should really consider bumping up ur test to ATLEAST 500mg/600mg bro

Aggre with you if Iam gona use deca I should be at least 10 week.Will also increase the test.
My recovery from my last cycle was hard though so my concern is if I use deca shutdown and recovery will be even harder

If u pct well u should recover fine but ja everyone's different ur other option is just to leave deca nd rather increase ur test dose..because u are gonna be shut down from deca wether it be 8 weeks or 10 weeks or 12 weeks keep Hcg on cycle nd use an anti prolactin nd use pct 3

any other compound similar to decade
for lean gain to add to test and mast
just I know my body and using dedecwill make recovery harder for me

Go with Equi! Deca/Npp will shut you down badly and unless you've learnt how to counter that by the time you recover your gains are long gone!
Equi gains while not as big as nandralones are easier to hang onto purly because of a quicker recovery.

If not Deca then Equipoise (EQ) I agree with Rhino. EQ at least 14 weeks so plan accordingly.
If you find it hard to recover you can also play around with your ancilliaries to see what you respond to the best. You can try HCG at 500iu twice a week and do Clomid for two to three weeks @50mg per day instead of Doctari`s one week. Nolvadex can also extend to 40 days.

Cycle looks great! T-Bol at 60mg ED for 6 weeks and split the doses to morning, afternoon and night.

Regarding Masteron it depends on your budget. If you have the cash to burn then use throughout. Other only during bridge.

You need an AI only if you are prone to gyno and it is always a good idea to have one on hand just in case. You don't need cabasser if you are not using Deca. EQ also fantastic for joints so this is a good opportunity to use Winstrol.

Thanks pyro will use winstrol instead of Var for bridging .gonna start dieting for next 6 weeks to drop to 10%bf then start my cycle
