Going to be mixing things up a bit and tracking my progress here.
Just finished up a hst type of training while being off, 3 day split. Heavy compound movements etc. bloods also done through doc and good to go.
Starting stats;
94kgs
12% bf
Cycle will be as follows;
1-4 dbol 40mg/pd
1-10 test blend 650mg/pw
1-10 tren blend 400mg/pw
Hcg will be added mid cycle if needed, or only during my bridge.. This will be decided as per how I'm feeling on cycle.
Bridge;
Winstrol 40mg/pd
Proviron 40mg/pd
Pct will follow the guidelines of pct 3, possibility of extending. This will be looked at closer to the time and based on recovery/how I'm feeling etc.
I'm fortunately not Gyno prone, or negativity effected by the 19 nor compoundes. But as always. Ancillaries are on hand should some arise.
I feel the doses are not too high, and are a sweet spot for me based on previous cycles. Sides are minimal and growth is still good.
In terms of diet, this is where I will be changing things up a bit and trying a few methods. I'm currently doing a diploma in excercise nutrition in my spare time so I'm going to be the first test subject.
Going to start with an old method iv used which is a bit of instinctive eating (I will have a base target of 500 calories over maintenance) with set macros per meal, but with the inclusion of additional meals based on hunger and how long I'm awake. So some days I might get 6 meals, some days 10 for example.
Based on gains and how I'm feeling will determine my diet changes at later stages which I will update, but end goal will be to add a bit more mass to my frame so a surplus in calories is the aim, I will manipulate ratios of p/c/f to see how my body reacts and add cardio to control excessive fat gains.
Bit of an essay to read I know, but this will be my personal log and motivation so I will update often.
Any questions are welcome..

I've switched to a 3 day on 1 day off split, so only between 4 and 8 working sets per body part but hitting them twice a week. I'm enjoying it and it's giving me chance to rehab my left shoulder girdle after my neck issue.

@rhino, im going to move over to a 4 day split now, 2 days on, one off etc. for the first 2 weeks im keeping working sets relatively low (11sets) for major muscle groups, like chest, back, legs. shoulders im going to hit 15 sets. extra 4 for rear delts. and mainly compound movements at a rep range of 6-8 (lets call it a bit of strength training) smaller muscle groups like bis, tris, abs and calves will be spread over my 4 days
week 3 and 4 im going to try up the reps a bit, region of 12-15 and use tactics like dropsets and supersets. really try shock the muscles and get plenty blood into them. also use a push and pull system, chest with back, bis with tris etc.
from week 5 on is still unknown at this point but im open to ideas.
as for tonights training, first pin done. nice and smooth, pinned 0.7ml test and tren respectively and will use a m/w/f split. was full of food (eating my 8th meal for the day, suspect calories well over 4000 for today) and had a great chest and tri session, good pump and im surprised that iv retained a lot of my strength from my last cycle, weight was 95.3 tonight, but im sure on an empty stomach its still 94.
I am going to push through this week, and will update again on the weekend
hope you all had a good monday
