Anti-Bacterial Handwash
Zinc and Magnesium
Pre defined diet
Good replacement for prohep is cruciale (a little cheaper)
B-Co and B-12 wouldn't hurt either
That's it from my side for now, will add if I forgot something
It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Seriously, if you are not allergic to Penicillin, Augmentin SR tabs will do a good job. Adding in some Flucloxacillin will provide extra coverage for those nasty Streptococcus A-group buggers that usually hang around in injection abscess sites. Use Augmentin SR one tab twice daily and combine with 500mg Fluclox 4 x daily and it should provide a good cover. Using some Bactoban ointment locally will also help - Bactroban penetrates upto 1 cm deep through skin.

I keep roaccutane on hand as well,, but don't need that much anymore, my skin only flares up a little if I go off, but I'll only use roaccutane in extreme cases nowadays.

like I say nowadays I hardly ever use it,, but a couple of weeks on it usually clears me up now.. When I was a teenager I was on 80mg /day,,,
but now 40mg a day for two three weeks and my skin is fine. The sides are bad though. -- depression is the worst

When your skin flares up, early stages can be controlled by doses as low as 40mg twice a week(Mon. and Thur.), but personally, I would never prescribe it while any one is on a current course of AAS's.
