Try this:
(As many reps as you can get out, remember form, do the weight correctly, heel to the floor or as far as possible)
Legpress:
1 set 50 kg
1 set 100kg
1 set 150 kg
1 set 200kg
1 set 150kg
1 set 100kg
1 set 50kg
Standing calve raises:
1 set 20kg
1 set 30kg
1 set 40kg
1 set 50kg
Legpress:
100kg x 4 sets.

Monster workout ;)

Your going to hate me when you get up the next day. I sometimes just sit on the bed a while before getting up because I know what's coming haha.

Just don't cheat on the reps bud, if you can do more than 6 reps in the middle of the pyramid your probably cheating bro.

Get back to me on how it went the next day bud.

Excluding bro, I add 2 25kg plates the whole time that's why the increase is 50 kg until 200.

I don't even know what an olympic bar or legpress weighs to be honest lol. You can use less weight if you feel 200 is too much

Goodluck bro. Remember to only use half of your foot (only the toe part should be on the legpress plate) you can put your feet in the middle to get it up but move them after that to the edge.

Enjoy

Do a think called 100s, start on the standing calve machine, start on 30kgs for 10 reps, 40kgs for 10 reps,50kgs for 15 reps, 60kgs for 15 reps, then down to 2 plates for 25 reps, then 1 plate for 25 reps. No rest between sets, just do as quick as u can with decent form...

Jack, let's be honest, who does? 99% of people in the gym do not train their calves properly.

First 2 sets yes but then i add more weight and use a 80% range for the next 3 sets.It has worked so far but i want to try other ways that may yield even better results.

I have recently started going to extremes. Talking about standing on my toes only here. Now all of a sudden the top corners are popping.... Especially the outer on seated calve raises.
I consider that 110% rep range; getting off the ball of your foot. All other reps i aim for 100%. Heel on floor to max on ball of foot. Might not always get there, but its the same with every exercise.

That's good, it shows you worked them. Mine are typically sore for between 3 and 5 days. So you can basically only do them once a week. Try doing quats and hams the day before calves
