If you get a decent reading after taking the preworkout drink then you need to sip on carbs while you train so your blood sugar doesnt drop the way it does.
You felt dizzy because it was low, any lower and you will slip into a coma. You wont need insulin if you suffer from low blood sugar, you need glucagon

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

I doubt a GP will be of much help, but you can try. And of course having sugar will not 'fix' the problem, as you will just crash over the spike. Test your sugars before you go to sleep on waking up, try eat the same stuff during the day and do the same exercise. It could even come down to your liver, so let us know the results.

Why I say your pancreas might already have an issue is that it shouldn't release insulin if you not running high. So once again, eating something sweet (simple carb) might slip you out of that state but you might just crash and even run lower.
I would suggest trying to eat more complex carbs and see where it takes you, you not in any real danger, the likely hood of your body to secrete that much insulin you land in a coma is really next to impossible. Just let those around you know. You now just going to land up in a 'coma' you are going to start to get VERY VERY tired, let those around you know so if you are getting to that state and reality is dreaming and you are not able to consume any foods yourself, somebody just rubs some syrup in your gums, it will absorb extremely quick.
Also try treat it the natural way first, chromium picolinate can help balance sugar readings so head off to your pharmacy and take that before you have a meal, also look at supplement with a B CO and B 12 vitimins also being deficient in magnesium could be the cause.
So take it easy, get chromium first and take it from there, give your self a jab of B and get some slow acting manesium.

i think it could very possibly be the vitamins your talkin about as i dont take any vitamin supplements.
also iv noticed over the past month or so iv been gettijng really tired at random times during the day and feel like not eating most of the time, like after gym last night i just couldnt eat,i had to liquidize oats and raw eggs and a banana with whey and peanut butter and just down it quick.also i feel like somedays i just cant concentrate and your right cause if i eat a roll or fruit i feel better for a while but then i crash again.
im not going to go to a gp pump im going to my aunts doctor at the diabetes clinic near killarney do you think they will be able to help me there?

Yes all the signs you talk about are related to low sugar levels. As I said nothing to stress over, get some chromium pop 1 pill before you eat something and take it from there.. If you looking for an all in 1, animal pack has everything I mentioned above, however I would probably buy an extra bottle of chromium as I believe the best way to take it is before a meal and that isn't how you take the animal pack.
Good luck

You won't need to see a specialist, you won't be able to see one without a referral by a GP anyway.

Also your reading needs to be around 2 for you to be out of it that you not in control and not able to drink to boost it.
</cut>
It is pretty normal at your age for things to be out of hand, HOWEVER.. I would supplement chromium because you might have tendencies to develop diabetes if you don't control your sugars.
Those readings above are perfect, anywhere around 4.5 to 6.5 is perfect depending on what you have eaten.
Biggest thing to do is not freak out like you where, yes take control of the situation but rather don't freak or you will cause further imbalance

I can cruze through a cycle fine, once I stop using gear, I develop urticaria and that is freakin painful!
If you don't try a cycle you not going to know, but that needs to be your choice. Spend time researching all you can with regards to sugar readings and gear, I know that testosterone can lower sugar readings in some, and I can't be sure how chromium will help while on a cycle.
I feel if you are worried, consult your doctor, tell him/her what your plan is and ask them if they can please monitor you. I was straight with my nephrologist appointment the week before last and told her what i'm doing. She advised me to not take steroids but said if I chose to continue to take them then we will work around it.
The choice is yours..

I'm not sure if there is a stand alone version of Eprocities on the PC but on the iPhone i have the application.
I just enter the drugs I use and it tells me about any conflicts.
The first warning was Cypionate lowering Blood Sugar and for me to keep an eye on the meds that I take that I don't go too low and I might have to re-adjust the dosage.
This may not apply to you since you are type 1 but it is common knowledge that Cypionate lowers BS as well as vigerous excersise.
This is no bull . I went hypoglycemic in the gym from test and glipizide. The weight all of a sudden got REAL heavy. Then the next thing I knew I had fallen on the bench and was just laying there. I couldn't get up. It really sucked. And my brain wasn't working very well so I could think "hey you are hypoglycemic." And to make things worse I was with my doc and he did nothing. I he didn't know I was taking testosterone but still he knew I was diabetic. Good help is so hard to get, and he is the head of the department. There are posters all over the ward with his picture on them.

However you be straight with your doctor, tell her/him, listen I know you probably don't approve of steroids however I am going to be doing a cycle and I would like to know if you could please monitor me during this course. I highly doubt he/she will say no, they wont approve it but should still keep an eye on you.
