Clen General & Babby's first cycle

I have 7 weeks until I go on holiday and need to lose as much BF as possible in that time, so I've got myself some 40mcg tabs of clen and will have 2x 2 week cycles in before I leave. I've been on a semi regular cut for quite a while (former hamplanet here) and I've cut down from 116kg to 93kg as of day 1.
Before we get into what my cycle looks like, let's discuss Clen in general first.
General
Clenbuterol is a sympathomimetic amine. This means that it's a drug that mimics the effects of the sympathetic nervous system. It's a ß2 agonist, which means it acts on the Beta-adrenergic receptors. This leads to a decrease in the intracellular calcium concentration (via cyclic adenosine monophosphate). This causes blah blah medical blah blah...
Here's what it means to you: Clen will help you with fatloss. But it is incredibly dangerous too if you don't manage your dosage carefully.
Dosage
You need to start clen at a low dosage and build up as you feel the side effects aren't too pronounced. The typical dosage starts at 20mcg per day and is increased by 20mcg per day up until a MAXIMUM of 120mcg per day.
As you'll notice by the measurement units above, clenbuterol is measured in mcg. The source and type of your clenbuterol will tell you how to measure your dosage.
e.g. Powdered clen from Boehringer is measured at 0.016mg per gram, which means there's 16mcg of clenbuterol per gram of powder. So to get 20mcg of clen, you need to take 1.25grams of the powder.
Another e.g. Oraltec Clen Tabs are dosed at 40mcg per tablet. So to get 20mcg you need to take half a tablet.
Clen eventually downregulates the ß2 receptors, making it less and less effective. This is why most people cycle it for 2 weeks on, and 2 weeks off. The 2 weeks off gives your body time to reset the ß2 receptors to their natural level meaning that clen can be effective again. If you want to keep using clen after the 2 weeks, you need to start taking something like Ketotifan which upregulates the ß2 receptors again meaning you can continue to get the benefits of clen (but you also continue to get the side effects and the risks!!)
Safety
The side effects of clenbuterol include:
- Nervousness
- Muscle Cramps
- Shaking
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Heart palpitations
- Thyrotoxicosis
- Tachycardia
- Subaortic stenosis
- Low blood pressure
- High blood pressure
- Death
Because clen can increase your heartrate, it's important to check that your pulse doesn't exceed the maximum amount ( (200 - your age) * 0.75 will give you your max). If your heartrate (like mine) rises really fast when doing HIIT, rather avoid it and go for something like LISS.
Again, watch your heartrate! Clen can easily cause a myocardial infaction (heart attack), and if you die, you can't lower the dosage. Don't be foolish with this stuff, and don't rush it either.
How to waste clen and endanger yourself for nothing
Clen is dangerous. Don't waste it by stuffing your face full of everything you want. The two things that will boost the performance of your clen cycle are Diet and Cardio.
Your diet should be in check. And don't come with crap like "I eat 4 fruit, and 5 vegetables a day, I'm healthy". That't not right and you're demonstrating that you have no knowledge of how diets work. Work out your TDEE (I find this one relatively accurate) and then plan your diet around that. IIFYM, eat it. My goals are typically 1gram of protein per kg of bodyweight (although I tend to push this really high though, to almost 2 grams, 1gram is still plenty). Keep your protein above that amount, and your daily calories below what the calculator says, and you'll be fine.
And don't forget the cardio.
My cycle
My cycle will include a slow rampup, and staying steady at 120mcg for two weeks:
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 80mcg
Day 5: 100mcg
Day 6: 120mcg
Day 7: 120mcg
Day 8: 120mcg
Day 9: 120mcg
Day 10: 120mcg
Day 11: 120mcg
Day 12: 120mcg
Day 13: 120mcg
Day 14: 120mcg
2x weeks off, repeat.
In the time I have available, this will give me 2 full cycles.
My diet looks like so:
100 grams protein per day
1750 cals a day
3150 mg CLA (Biogen)
Multivitamin (Centrum)
5 grams BCAAs (Optimum nutrition)
Clen is from OralTec Labs, 40mcg pills.
My stats at the start of the cut:
Squats: LMAO2PLATE!!11!11 (I'm sure it's a mental block, 100kg is too round a number)
BP: Not sure, I don't barbell, but 40kg dumbells for dumbell press
Deadlift: 125kg (struggle to finish last set)
OHP: 60kg (struggle to finish last set)
As long as my stats remain the same all the way through till the end, I'll be happy.

Looking at you diet, if you looking to maintain strength/muscle mass I think your protein intake is abit low. I currently weigh about the same as you and just came off a cut. I was eating 200 grams of protein a day, high carbs (+-300grams)/Low fat (+-50grams) on training days and low carb (+-70grams)/high fat (+-100grams) on non training days. This gives bout 2,400 cals on training days and 1,900 on non training days. This worked for me...lost a tiny bit of strength (5kg to 10kgs on main lifts) but bf% dropped from +-18% to 12-13% in just 4 weeks.

Day 1: 20mcg
Workout: No gym, just cardio. 60 min LESS cardio (walking the dog).
Weight: 93.1kg (I'm not going to weigh in every day, I weigh in on Sundays, first thing after taking my morning slash, started today because that was when I got the tabs)
Didn't feel any noticeable side effects, none at all. Actually started wondering if my clen is fake.
Diet spot on: 203 grams protein, 1734 cals

Back (and my favourite: deadlifts) today.
I usually do barbell curls and preacher curls after these, but I was pretty knackered.
Again, no real side effects that I noticed. I do seem to have more energy later in the day though. Typically on the way home I'm pretty drained, today I was bouncing around in the car, annoying my wife. No headaches, no shakes, no cramps, none of the typical side effects that I've read about.
Diet was in check again, 202grams protein, 1663 calories. Not feeling hungry.

Chest day at gym today. Stamina was a little low
Stamina was down today. But nothing that I noticed in terms of the expected side effects.
Diet good again, 207grams protein, 1751 calories.

I was extremely hungry when I woke up. It happens when Im cutting at 1750. Took my pills and within 30 minutes I could feel my pulse was a little stronger than it usually is (not faster, but the beats were more determined. Pulse is around 70 now). An hour later and my hands were trembling a bit, like the kind I get when I drink too much coffee. Had a mild headache at 10:15, went away by 10:30. Shakes were gone by 14:00.
No gym today, just 30 min walking the dog. Tomorrow is weigh in day and legs.
Diet was ok, calories were 1744 with 155grams of protein (a little lower than usual, but weekends my diet tends to be a little more varied)

Shakes again today, any delusions I may have had about the clen being fake is gone now. I felt pretty lethargic all day long. The shaking and jittering didn't seem to translate to energy.
Anyway, hit the gym for legs today. Had to take extra long breaks between sets just to work up the energy to carry on.
Diet: 1722 calories, 160grams protein
Oh yes, lost 1.3kgs since starting 5 days ago (today is sunday, my official weigh in days)

My first day of full dosage. Shakes again - especially after coffee. I haven't really dropped my coffee intake throughout the cycle, but I may start to do so now. I'm fairly caffein resistant, but there were definite effects. No headache today, so that's a plus at least. Shakes carried on until mid-afternoon.
Shoulders at gym today. Felt good, but stamina a little low again. Expected result of the low amount of carbs (and total calories) I'm taking in.
Diet: 1736 calories, 187grams protein

Yep, mentioned it above as well. Just keep in mind that prolonged use of clen (even with Ketotifin) has been shown to damage your heart

You lost 5% bodyfat in 4 weeks?? And you weren't that fat to start off with... Any chance you are using the machine at Virgin Active to measure?

I knew someone was gonna call me on that
Well most clen studies tend to document extremely high (like, ridiculously) dosages on mice, so it doesn't translate to humans. In those trials, "prolonged" is usually accepted to be 15 weeks.

Good point. For all my measurements (except for that first Wednesday one) my measurements for BF and weight are taken first thing, every sunday morning, straight after my morning slash.

Like you said bro those studies on mice are not credible. Prolonged use in humans while on safe dosages is years on and off. Like Mike says use the Clen for 6 weeks at a time with Ketotifen or Betasleep. Also you taper up your dosages WAY too fast. You are not only wasting Clen but putting yourself through a lot of extra side effects for no reason.

Lol, no not using the Virgin Active machine. I know that machine is full of crap!
18% measurement was using calipers at Sports Science Institute. 12%-13% is not measured but rather estimate based on the fact that my upper abs are starting to show, I lost about 6 or 7kgs and haven't lost much strength. My "transformation" can be attributed to me taking clen/yohimbine during that period as well as keeping a really clean diet + training like crazy!

The whole 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight is broscience at it's best. There are no peer reviewed studies to support this theory.
Even if I were trying to achieve that, it's 1 gram per lean lb of body mass. Which would mean I would need around 150 grams a day.
That being said, if you look at my diet log I often go over 200g a day. Even though I know it's broscience, old habits die hard.
As for carbs and fats, after my protein is met, IIFYM is all I live by
Edit: Although I do know that high protein is beneficial in preserving lean body mass during calorie deficits, and there are studies supporting this.
