USN Hardcore Whey gh vs Evox synergy Whey was created by modern10

Hi Guys

I'm looking for a good whey that won't break the bank as I have limited cash resources. I've been looking at Evox Synergy Whey and USN Hardcore Whey gh. Please advise which one is the best.

I would also like a relatively cheap pre and intra workout drink.

neither,look at ssn whey or whey from bssa.biz evox and usn have to many fillers and additives to their products, such as skim milk powder,thickeners,dextrose,maltodextrin etc. rather spend a bit extra and know what you are getting is quality.

Thanks DJ, just checked SSN Whey and its not too far off from the prices for the above mentioned. So I reckon I'll follow your advise.

Can you recommend a relatively cheap pre and intra workout drink.

The stuff from muscletech neutricor i think it is.i never use pre workouts but got 3samples and it really works R300 for 50 servings

i use muscle works superior whey. Contains concentrate, isolate, milk protein hydrosolates. No soy! awsum taste even in water. 23g protein per 28g scoop. Works for me. About R399 for 2kg 64 serving. I use monster amino for intra workout.

You can look at SSN crea-pump as a cheap pre workout and SSN cyto guard as a great well priced intra workout

SSN cookies and cream is great, that one has the most protein in all of the flavours if I recall correctly. Otherwise go with BSSA Whey isolate.

Pre - Wholefood with some creatine mono
Intra - BCAA + Glutamine + Dextrose

Nutritech whey. Best whey ive tasted, R380 for 2.5kg

Per scoop (30g):
24g Protein
2g Carbs
1g Fat

Preworkout for me is oats,raisins with honey and fat free milk(just a splash though). Dont like stims pre-workout, but I might have something like nutritech aminoboost pre and during training with creatine.

Aminoboost is only aminos (arginine,bcaas,glutamine,ornithine etc.)

Stims are vasoconstrictors which means less blood to muscles which means less nutrients and imo less growth. Thats just my theory and DJ once said there is a guru who also says NO stims.

He use to work with oscar, but he left as did kai greene, kai working with Farah and Centopani with I think Hany.

trust me it would be big news if evan was with hany bro... yes i know of kai and george. i have searched every possible avenue to see if he has changed camps but cannot find anything about him leaving oscar for hany...

Are there any other brands that are comparable to ON? but cheaper. Im lazy to order from Ondier and I dont have time for the delivery time n shit. I've just paid R720 for a 2kg tub of ON, Thats farking crazy! ON is ON and you cant beat it but im sure there must be some other brands that are quite competitive with similar ingredients, additive and results as ON?

look the reason why ON gets the award for best whey in the world is because of its flavours and because its the highest seller on bodybuilding.com ( this is my opinion any way) companies like ssn and sps get their whey protein from a company called hilmar, which is probably one of the 2 best raw whey suppliers in the world, they dont have to add anything to it,its not gonna make it any better,the only thing they will need to add in is flavourants thats about it... but i dont know why everyone thinks that just cos its local it isnt good, they have just launched in the UK and hopefully soon the us.

I reckon the reason okes think local ain't lekker is because of USN's reputation.
Did quite a bit if research yesterday and ssn is in the same price range as USN but with no bad reviews. In addition to that some of there products are actually cheaper than USN.

It's good to research prices and reviews, but I'm more concerned with the ingredients. Biogen's Isowhey has less than 70% protein in, for instance, but guys go for it because it's a moerse tub for cheap.

Ondier is by far the best bang for your buck. Just order early.
