So i know alot of quotes that give me that feeling in my stomach like i just want to explode into a frenzy and rush to the gym to blast the weights but lets make this a thread for each person to post their own favourite quote,and i dont mean a big copy and paste off a site like quotes.watever lets try keep it to one or two of your favourite..

haha once i was deadlifting and was trying to get 4 reps of 150kgs i was tryin to psych myself up for the lift next thing this tiny guy who i know from around the gym tunes me, stop being a bitch and lift the fucking weight. iv never lifted that much weight off the floor with such conviction and purpose and i managed to get 6 reps out just to show the twat

I know my father used to make a lot of t shirts for his company, its not that expensive if you supply the t shirt. The most expensive part is the art work apparently but i could be wrong.
