baboon spotted traing at Brightwater Virgin was created by Happyraven

So i went and trained there yesterday to avoid sitting in traffic when this friggin chop and a half walks in and starts to train.
I have never ever heard an oke scream that loud while training... He had the whole gym staring at him, and i'm willing to bet that they were all thinking "What a bloody loser" cause i sure as hell was.

To make matters worse, he was sweating like a race horse and didn't have the descency to use a sweat towel... just left the massive pool of sweat wherever he trained.

Bro, i hope you on this forum, cause let me just say that you are the most inconsiderate WANKER i have seen training!!

bottom line to much gear... thats what happens... it doesn't help anymore just turns you into a prick. I might some or other sounds on my last 2 / 3 reps on 1 or 2 sets. But I do that with or without gear as i'm pushing to my absolute max with the strength I have.

I actually cruise around South Africa Virgin Active gyms to see who I can piss off the most...to date no one has confronted me yet...need to try harder man! Tonight its Fourways VA...

Planet fitness in America actually ban people often for grunting when lifting weights.The rules are posted up in the gym.They say that grunting makes other people feel uncomfortable and intimidated.

Well its distracting esp when u are going heavey. There is a chick at my gym now...she has been doing very weird exercises on the mat...it disracts me so I wonder how the men feel when she does her weird leg exercises. Sometimes I'll be doing leg extensions and there she is directly in front of me and looking away doesn't help because the mirrors still show everything

i know i know we all supposed to be hardcore but i hate it when people throw there weights around , especially that just above average group, who can now incline dumbell press 30's , and with all the new va gyms they have the new weights where the 30's has 15 1 kilo weights either side of the handgrip, and every single set and every single one of them have to drop the weight because they cant sit back up and put them down properly.

and yes i find all the pretty ladies in the gym doing wierd things on the matt very distracting too

I was decline benching the other day.. Sat up in between sets to see a pair of legs spread in front of me. It was actually quite awkward. Just like turned to the side and looked away :dry:

I dont throw my weights down but i do put them down without effort since if i try put them down nicley the tendins in my elbows will snap. lol

Spoke to the manager of the gym before doing so and he said it was okay :-)

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
