started popping somethin called thermo burn(has ephedra, synephrine, caffeine, etc) before my workouts, just 1 capsule.
What time do you workout?
Maybe you should look for something with less caffine, or take the fat burner earlier...
Try take HGH stimulator (The powder) before bedtime, as this will put you into a deeper sleep, or take rescue remedy before bed, just to help your body relax.
Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

wayne... what does your diet and training program look like? this is one of the signs of over training.... also if u are using cellmaxx and thermo burn before u train and u are training at night then that your problem... rule of thumb with stimulants is dont take them 6 hours before sleep....

Ok, my diet is far from clean, I basically eat anything, my staple would look like steak, chicken, rice, potatoes, all bran flakes, bread, used to have quite a bit of junk but cutting down there as best as i can! My training program is irratic, my wife and i work so wen we get home and if my daughter is in a mood i cant train, gotta tend to her, sometimes in the middle of trainin i gotta stop cos she wants the weights, but i would say i get at least 3 decent sessions a week, sometimes 5. and I generally train for about 45min as intense as possible! And its aroud 6pm that i start training. I just pop 1 of the fat burner before training(bottle says you can have 6a day) then mix cell maxx and cytomaize in a shaker and sip during workouts! after i have the anabolic muscle builder. I do have trouble gettin to sleep, and i for damn sure have a major problem gettin up in the morning! Cos of gettin up for hours in the night i reckon! I hope that answers your questions DJ, lol Hope it helps you help me...

Theres an OTC anti histamine called allergex which i take which makes me drowsy then i sleep well,
Or if that doesn't work you could try melatonin, its made for people who fly alot and battle to sleep. made by solal,
Just be warned of the dreams you get if you gonna take HGH powder, melatonin and adco ketotifen;) rather strange!!

Admin... You got pink bedding???I also struggle to sleep, but that is because I have a pet Meerkat that's scratching my ass at night. And don't even try to take it out of bed as it will bite the shit out of you when it climbs back.

@ Admin, that is such a cool pet..
Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

yep deffinaely elevated blood pressure but that depends on your age as well. Bro 2 mgs of diazepam 1 hr before bed will sort u out nice and proper. Stay away from sleeping pills cause they get you used to them very quick then its even harder to sleep. But if you can get ahold of some pax 5 and split them in half thas should sort you out lekker
i am 28, doc told me my pressure is on the high side of normal and i gotta cut out salts. That was 3years ago, pressure still pretty much the same since! As for pax, zopax, valium, doc wont give me any cos i used to pop 10/20 of that shit a few years back, let alone half bro! Extremely addictive!
