I'm not referring to any supplements or pre- or post- drinks. I'm referring to general. When sitting on the couch or having 'n braai outside?
Obviously besides my supps, I try to drink as much water as possible, but I really enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings after all sessions and supps. When at home and relaxing, I really enjoy an ice cold Coke Zero (Not because it don't have sugar, because I really enjoy the taste). Then over weekends, I would enjoy the occasional Castle Light.
Surely non of you only drink supplements and water 24/7.
That brings me to the question, what do you guys enjoy as the occasional drink when at work or just relaxing?
Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

It's the 'healthiest' sugar free soda option. Woolies uses sucrolose and stevia as sweeteners instead of aspartame and acesulfamine k.

Now just water, sometimes with ACC, black coffee with no sugar, one day in the week drinking a few beers or 1 or 2 whiskeys on the rocks can't harm right?

To be honest and lots won't admit I drink beer and the occasional scotch, love it.
So do all the other steroid rangers I know. What's life without an ice cold beer...

1) What's the take on beer? Say n light type of beer. Besides for feeling shit the next day, does it have a major negative effect on your training when having say 3-4?
2) Coffee? Most pre-workouts make use of caffeine. Say one can reduce your sugar intake, does it still hamper your training when compared to n drink like Sprite Zero?

I train hard and heavy, no additional fat or training issues, just easing the day off with a frosty.
