Ok so I finally scraped all the pics together and have learnt how to block the faces out and to post to the forum LOL
Just to give a bit of background, I started my proper nutrtion with DJ around August last year. Did my second cycle (First one beginning 2011, but had no clue what I was doing :pinch: ) starting in November, once my body fat had got down to the 11% mark, and then started pre comp 8 weeks out. The reason for this is that DJ wanted me to put on as much size as possible first before we started cutting.
So I have kept and going to share a photo montage, from when I started in August 2011 - right up to comp day. The photo's on comp day on stage came out very blurry as my mrs. was taking it with her blackberry but I do have some professional ones that I am waiting on and will post those up as soon as I get them.
My goals now are looking forward to next years IFBB Novice show. Want to put 10 Kg's onto my frame and hopefully most of that will go to my legs
27/08/2011 Started with DJ
27/09/2011 One month into Diet
26/12/2011 One month in to bulking cycle
26/02/2012 One month out from comp
31/03/2012 Comp day
I just want to thank DJ, without him I would never have got here. To my mrs. putting up with my moods and for helping me prep for the show, shame she was more nervous for me than I was on comp day lol. To Koe, who has been the inspiration behind this movement and now I've been bitten by the comp bug
