Safe Cycles was created by SuperTest

safest Oral Steroid Cycle

weeks 1-6: anavar @ 40-50mg/ PD.
weeks 7-9: Nolvadex @ 20mg/ PD.

Safest Injectable Steroid Cycle

You can add here Anavar or Dbol and testosterone.
weeks 1-12(14): Primobolan 600mg/week
PCT: Nolvadex @ 20mg/per day.

As far as I know you should run Var for about 7 weeks minimum bud to get results

Are these cycles based on personal experience, SuperTest?

I'd increase the var to 80-100mg. 50mg ED might be a little low.

It would be different if test is thrown in. Clmoid and Nolva would be fine for Deca

Doctari ran 100mg Anavar for 8 weeks a year or two ago and gained a massive 8kg. Although one should take into account he is a large individual and someone shorter and with a smaller build like myself will gain far less on a similar dose.

Yeah i was thinking of anavar and primo. But is primo really that effective? Oral Primo?

Anavar 40mg a day say 6 weeks. Never used Primo tabs before, how would i run those?
Primo juice normally 350mg per week, its quite costly. :blink: Some say Anavar doesnt convert to DHT therefore no hair loss?

I would kickstart with Primo Ace (80mg a day) for 3 and inject 500mg of Primo E (continue with this for 14 weeks), then take 80mg Anavar with this from week 4, and around 5iu of hGH... Same and very effective cycle.

30/40mg of Var is not enough, and I am pro low dose cycles.. But this is just not the case with Var.
