I need some advice.
I am 32 years old
Weight 95kg
Bodyfat 32%
I started training again after a couple of years being off due to work and family stuff, a couple of months ago I went for my Checkup and the Dr said my cholesterol is very high and my estrogen levels are high with that my free test levels are very low for my age. He wanted to put me on 125mg test cyp by-weekly to increase my test levels, after finding out how expensive it is at the pharmacy, i decided to get testoviron instead, and take 250mg per week instead. Things have been looking up as I am training and 75% of the time I am eating right, but I seem to still stuggle with my weight. I just want to know must i rather increase my testoviron dose or add something else to help with my weight issue. I am also taking proviron eod to help with my estrogen levels. Alot of guys at my gym suggested either using tren for about 6 weeks or clen, but clen injections are so painful. Would really like any other suggestions. Thanks

It was fairly straight forward
Did 12weeks 500mg testoviron
Week6-10 tren acetate eod at 50mg per shot
Week 13-16 250mg testoviron
Running proviron eod whole 16 weeks
Pct was nolvadex, clomid and hcg, cant remember the exact dosages though

I've been on TRT for around 2 years or so. I think 250mg/week is high for TRT. I started at 100, then 150 then 180, 200 and 250, and settled on 200/week as my sweet spot, I've got mates who do very well on 150/week. If I decide to run a cycle I up it to 250 or 300. Play around with your dose for 6 weeks at a time and see how you feel. Maybe you drop it to 150 and feel great and then hopefully it also takes away any necessity for an anti estrogen.
Proviron has a marginal AI effect, there are much better options, you mention you have high cholesterol, Proviron is going to make that HDL/LDL ratio worse. Ideally try get away without an AI, if you can't, then take the lowest possible dose and look at Aromasin or Arimidex, which work differently so, with your cholesterol in mind, research them a bit.
I'm not a fan of Tren but hey, that's me. Get your bodyfat % into low teens along with a cycle or two before you look at Tren if you still want to.
I can't help on your diet except to say you look like you're running a low fat diet. At 30%, to really shed some weight you should look at dropping your complex carbs to under 100g/day and timing them around your workouts only, keeping your protein and fat intake higher. This works for me personally but you need to play around with it and get some advice form the diet experts on here.
Good luck.
My comments are not advice, medical or otherwise. I am not a medical practitioner. Always consult your Doctor before making decisions.

The guys at your gym are as smart as a cactus no offence to cacti. Let's talk details. What test did your doc use for your cholesterol and what was the values for HDL and LDL? Likely blood test but asking to make sure. What was the value of total oestrogen and estradiol?

So for cholesterol it's a 1:2.5 ratio which is fine as long as your total cholesterol is not super high (and yours isn't). Nothing dangerous. No problemo. I'm going to assume 198 is your free test which is low but also not a train smash, however for sure the reason why you feel like this but we can fix this just have some faith. Before we carry on with anymore advice you need to know why it's so low. Don't just jump onto the TRT wagon- first try fix the problem. Get these blood levels tested then we can give you some proper advice:
-Total Estrogen
-Estradiol
-Prolactin
-HbA1c
-Fasting Glucose
-Vitamin A, K and D
Be sure to draw blood as you wake up and without eating anything.

definitely that diet!! you should be eating more than 1500 calories even if you're not training.
There are plenty of threads to work out your BMR, i suggest you use it and change your calories accordingly. You can still use the P/C/F ratio he suggested though

@Slycker not to say we are far superior to doctors, but 99% of doctors are fucking useless parrots and we are not. The remaining 1% of Doctors are the guys who make the other doctors look good, and each and every one of them that I know agree 2250% with my statement. Those are the people who, when they speak, I shut my cakehole and listen like a sponge to absorb as much info as possible. Then I ask them to tell me more. If my advice was not spot on I would not give any at all or tell you to go to a better source of advice.

Doctors are not dieticians. They have one scale of reference by which they measure everyone.A while ago I went to a GP to have bloods done. He obviously had some time to kill, so checked my height and asked me to step on the scales. Then he pulled out a little laminated graph, and pronounced that I was morbidly obese - based on these two inputs
I had a dexa scan (arguably the most accurate BF measuring tool) done the week before visiting the twat. From memory my LBM was 108kg and total weight 130kg. Nothing spectacular, but definitely well within the healthy range. When he mentioned lap band surgery I just switched off and nodded. At least GP visits are free in Oz.
Using bmiclinic.com.au/bmi/ I have to reach 80kg to be "desirable". If you ever bother going back to your doc, ask him what weight he'd expect you to reach. For me, I'd have to go back to when I was 16.
