Hi There, I am new to this site and would like your guys advice.

Age: 22
Height: 183 cm
b/f%: under 10
Weight:83

Im planning on starting my new course which would be:
-test e 600mg per week
-tren e 300mg per week
-boldenone 700mg per week

Ill be taking this for the duration of 16 weeks, doing some research, i would like to know is my test dosage per week high enough? Or should i up the dosage to 700mg per week?

Otherwise i was thinking that i should decrease the dosage of boldenone to about 350mg per week and take both tren 300mg per week and boldenone 350mg per week for 12 weeks and run the test 600 mg per week for the full 16 weeks.
or run the tren 300mg per week for 12 weeks and the test 600mg per week and boldenone 350mg per week for the duration of 16 weeks?

Previously i took tren e 600mg per week and tren e 300mg per week for 16 weeks and that worked perfectly.

I know the PCT protocol and thats not a problem

Regards

Morning bud

What is your full cycle history and goals.

Plus it's going to be asked, how is the diet looking?

Basically my goals at the moment is to gain some nice size while staying as lean as possible during that process.

Cycle history:
I didnt exactly go the beginner route so i have only taken one cycle before:
Test e 600 per a week
Tren e 300 per a week
Guys might think thats stupid but i was lucky and didnt have any bad effects besides your night sweats and vivid dreams.

Diet: i eat what my body knows
Morning: 100g of oats or 5 weetbiks and whey protein after 25g
Meal 2: Pasta plain or with little sauce
Meal 3: pasta with 170g of chicken also little sauce
Meal 4: pasta with 170g of chicken also little sauce with whey protein after
before i go to bed i have another whey protein

I am a student so thats my general eating habits during the week otherwise i do swop the pasta and chicken for meats and vegetables.
I eat alot of pasta because my body handles it really well and there is no reason to cut down.

Eating Pasta so many times a day, no good quality fats, and no green vegetables. It is going to be difficult to pick up quality muscle mass with a diet like that imo

Ye Bud your diet is quite bad to say the least, you should be looking at more kinds of complex carbs and even your protien intake is low.
Face it your quite small for your hieght so you need to get your diet sorted.
If your set on doing quite a hardcore cycle when you really don't need to so early on in your journey why not look at Deca?

Go big or go home...

I would love to know more about this cycle, Im currently planning my bulk cycle using this :

Dianabol & Testocyp (Beginner bulking cycle)

Im reading up on it now and checking my diet can support it as well as my pocket etc!!

Would like to know more about your planned cycle, from what I have read, Tren E is said to be the best ever anabolic steroid ever made but with some users reporting days without sleeping scares the crap out of me

I personally will skip on the tren and go for npp. Maybe look at the following

Week 1-8 Test E @ 600mg a week
Week 1-8 Npp @ 300mg a week

Bridge to pct

Week 9-11 Test P @ 100g ed
Week 9-12 Winstrol @ 30-40mg ed

Week 13 start pct
I
AS for food and macros start on roughly start 2800 cals
Pro 240g
Carbs 300g
Fats 72g

Just an idea

Kdog..

Bru totally get you on the 'student' thing.. It's sometimes tricky to get the diet 100%, especially if you are staying in a res, sharing a dirty kitchen and budget is limited. Having said that bru, you really need carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice and wholewheat pasta [if you must have pasta.] loads and loads of veggies, lentils, chick peas etc, etc.. and the bonus about good carbs, and the correct carbs, Is that they are really so cheap!

Also try and get your protein from as many sources as possible... And not all protein is expensive. For example you can by Quinoa cook it and mix it in with your brown rice. > Quinoa Is very rich in protein and tastes great.

Instead of the sauces with your pasta, I'd rather use a table spoon or two of flax oil. Drop the sauces bru!

Food can be the most tricky part about building your physique. It's gonna be a good thing for you if you really start enjoying nutrition and researching it a lot and become good in the kitchen and play around with different foods and cooking techniques that are gonna make the right 'body building' foods taste great.

Trust me, you are gonna achieve the most amazing results if you can improve what you eat.

Carry on asking any questions here. Good luck. ;)

Guys sorry if this off topic for this thread.

Hi guys apologise for the late reply.

Getting the diet right while being a student is difficult i wont lie but i do go on holiday soon. Following a strict diet is going to be a lot easier good carbs and as much protein as possible as suggested.

Im planning on starting my course in about 2 weeks, amd i think thats enough time to get my diet in order before i start.

Cycle:

15 weeks test e @ 600mg per week
15 weeks tren e @ 300mg per week
12 weeks equi @ 700mg per week (700mg first 6 weeks and 560mg for the last 6 weeks)

Pct Protocol

Ill using hcg during my course at about week 9 or 63 till about day 101 or week 12
Ill be following protocol no.3

Let me know what u guys think?

It has helped me with strength big time dude. And the pump and vascularity taken with proviron has made a big difference.
Start with 40mg a day and then move to 60 or 80 depending on your size.

If you are a student and cash is limited, Anavar is not an option. And that's probably the only down side to Anavar. Winstrol is gonna be affordable but might be hard on your joints and liver. Go for the Anavar if you have the cash, bru. ;)

I don't think that's enough time to sort out your diet bru. Diet should be in check a long time before you even think of a cycle. You could achieve your result just from getting your diet and training 100% bru! The juice ain't gonna make that happen! Trust me! ;)

Can you guys just assist me on how to upload a photo of myself to show where i am.

Height: 183cm
Bf%: under 10%
Weight: about 84kg lean

and the way i was eating i was gaining weight but obviously in very small increments, with the new diet it will be easier for me to eat alot more than usual.
What im trying to say is that my body type adapts really quickly to anything i eat.
I definitely agree with you though and really appreciate your advice.

In terms of the course suggested, what do you think?

I don't really see the benefit of adding the equi for 12 weeks and think its a bit of over kill. To be honest for a second cycle I think it's a really shit idea! adding all these compounds won't make you grow anymore than test only or test and Equi cycle would.
Your using a chainsaw when a hammer would do the job. What kind of cycles do you think your going to need to do in 2 years time..?

You say you appreciate what we say but you haven't listened to a word we've all said, you've had your heart set on this foolish second cycle from the beginning so why are you asking for advice you have no interest in taking.

I won't be part isolating in this thread anymore
