Glad you understand the reasoning behind the suggestion.

Tbol LP 20 @ 40mg ED for 2 weeks, (Monitor BP) if levels are fine you can up to 60mg for the remaining 3 weeks (Monitor BP). (5 weeks max) Split your dose Mornings/Evenings

Test PGW Cyp @ 500mg pw, for 12 weeks (keep it @ that so that we know if you gyno prone to test)

Proviron LP @ 40mg pw. Split your dose Mornings/Evenings Week 1 - 16. No need to go to 60mg, use the extra cash for Anavar.

Bridge Anavar 20 @ 60mg ED - Var from week 8 - 16
HCG @ 250iu twice a week from week 5 to 16

PCT3 starts 2 days after your last var/prov

Remember your liver support and start taking it 2 weeks before the cycle starts. Stop 2 weeks after PCT.(Cycle provided by Oupa) B)

Hi guys it has been a while since I posted and I believe everything is well. I have done 2 previous cycle with lots of success thank you once again. I am planning on doing the above cycle this starting May I want to know should I keep the same dose or up it a little bit. Thank You

Current Stats

Age: 27
Height: 1.87cm
Weight:81

I have lost a reasonable amount of weight to better my goal. I went an a very low cal diet before I start this cycle since lean mass is my goal. My calorie count is below for on cycle.

BMI 23.2

BMR 66+(13.7 X 81)+(5 X 1.87)-(6.8 X 27)
66 + 1109.7 + 9.35 - 183.6
1001.45 X 1.55
1502.18 + 20%
= 1802.61

BF% 1.20 x 23.2 + 0.23 x 27-10.8 x 1 - 5.4
27.84 + 6.21 - 10.8 - 5.4
= 17.85

Lean Mass
81kg - 17.85bf%
= 63.15

Please review and correct me wherever I am wrong.

I get your BMR 1849 cals. Why the 20%? And you should use your height in cm's not metres. So 5x187 not 5 x 1.87

Hey bud, if i can remember we started juicing around the same time, anyway, if i may ask 2 questions...

Why do you never add another compound like EQ or NPP? I think and correct me if i am wrong but this will be your third time doing this cycle? I see you have changed kickers and bridges only.

Why do you want to use PCT3 for this cycle?

The dosages from Oupa are good. We don't have an article on diet bud. We do have stickies, but they don't say anything about adding 20% to BMR. In any case it doesn't matter I will guide you. Every step I will explain the basices to you, and you will do all the calculations and report back. So! :) Your BMR is 1849. Multiply with 1.5 to get a good starting point for maintenance calories. Take this number and subtract 20% to get your theoretical calories. I will explain this part later. Now you need to work out your macro breakdown. For protein, on cycle you need at least 3 x bodyweight in kg from PURE protein sources. Pure protein sources are those foods we add to our diet specifically for their protein, for example meat, whey, cassein, milk, eggs, etc. Your total protein count will be higher because there is protein in other things like oats or rice or peanut butter etc. We don't count these for our protein requirements, only for our calories. Carbs on cycle is 3.5 x your bodyweight in kg. And fats will make up the remainder of your calories. Add your carbs and protein in grams, multiply by 4.123 to get calories, then subtract this number from your calculated theoretical calories. This leaves you with how many calories need to be made up of fats. Dividing the calories by 9.123 will you the amount of grams of fats your diet needs. Calculate your macros and report back.

Fillet I prefer to take things slow and until I don't see any lean gains from my cycles then I would add a 19nor and some test prop as well with a stronger oral. I have my goals set and test alone still do it for me don't fix something that is not broken slow steady solid gains.

Okay bro, i hear that.
On average how many kg's are you gaining on cycle and how many are you losing when off?

On previous cycles while on cycle I used to gain 7kg and lost about 3-4kg when off. I have changed my approach since my body fat was higher then now I feel much better no more puffiness the leaner the better, but everybody is different in the end.

Ok pyro here goes:

Theoretical Calories = 2218.80
Protein = 243g
Carbs = 283.5g
Protein+Carbs = 526.5 x 4.123
= 2170.76(Calories)
Carbs - T/Calories =48.04
48.04 ÷ 9.123
5.27g

My Macros:

Protein - 243g
Carbs - 283.5g
Fats - 5.27g

Hope this is right pyro

That's perfect bud. Now I know the ratio between nutrients seems wrong, but this is where you start. We need to spike your metabolism into some kind of monster that is going to build you muscle. It is a proven fact that calories and training are the foundation of the metabolic rate, and carbs are much better at increasing metabolism than fats. You will also feel fuller or more satisfied with carbs than with fats.

The next step is to create your meals. There are three meals set in stone- your pre-workout shake, your post workout shake, and your post workout meal. This is what I suggest to start with:
Pre-workout shake: 10g BCAA's with 40g Whey Protein
Post-workout shake: 10g BCAA'S with 50g Whey Protein and 60g Dextrose/Vitargo/Glucose Powder
Post-workout meal (1h after training): 60g Protein with 100g Med to High GI Carbs
Post workout carb examples: Rice, potato, pasta, etc. even wholewheat bread.
Post-workout Protein MUST be a lean meat like chicken- or turkey breast or lean fish. Biltong with no visible fat is fine.

Calculate your workout meals, show me what you come up with, and subtract them from daiky macros.

Yes guys my gear is on their way and I am just so excited started front loading liver support to keep that guy safe. I will start my letro dose @ 0.25mg because I am gyno prone as a preventative method and to stop some of that bloat. Will post my results as I go and hopefully this will be a safe and amazing cycle with huge gains. First pin 04-07-2014  thanks guys.
